If you are sure that you have everything setup correctly, you will hit a stake eventually. You can get payouts from stakes daily if you have enough onions, but that will depend on how many stacks your onions are divided into in your wallet. What is your current network weight?

Mine is staking correctly and I really appreciate this stake function

It should not take you more than two or three hours, depending on your internet connection

During the Q&A session yesterday they mentioned that mobile wallets would not be able to stake, at least for now.

This has become a concern because of the high valuation of Deep Onion. I think this concern is valid because hackers now have accounts to target especially when they can easily see how much coins a particular account has. There might be solutions out there to address the matter.
