this is for inactive big bag holders to bring them VoteCentral to incentive more activity
So we don't airdrop lazy/dormant/inactive accounts they must be doing at least some contribution which is 1 ONION probably 1-2 tasks will be needed per 2 weeks

Actually, he promised to deliver at least 10k views, but it didn't happen so he humbly refused to get paid. He wasn't professional but the topic quality increased many folds and the Tor video presented strong arguments. I'm sure in the future, this video will get more than 10k views.

The cool thing about YouTube is that videos live there for a very long time, so just because a video doesn't get X amount of views right away, doesn't mean it won't wind up being a successful video.
