It's not always the case especially if there's a way you can verify all game hashes. They're probably fair but not fair. Key difference there. Personally, I prefer sports betting to the usual casino games because unlike Casino, the outcome of the bet isn't heavily influenced by algorithms or stats but IRL events.

Yes, that's true the online casinos are pretty fair than those gambling shops because the shop owners can do their tricks hiddenly while at online casinos everything is working in a fair way. I think a lot of what OP is saying is true. Besides online gambling being easier to assess as far as odds and probable fairness, the overhead of running an online casino is also much lower than a traditional brick and mortar operation. Less costs means you can provide your users with better odds and a better overall experience.

I have even thought of this as well since most people gambles in the local shops and they didn't have direct access to the online site maybe could be that there aren't familiar with the online site some could be that they lack of smartphone to operate it independently by themselves. They go gambling over there making the agent have control over their funds when they wins that is why most people are easily scammed and run away with their wining amount but if they do there wouldn't be away they could to third party to make bet instead they would make account on the betting site to place bet where cryptocurrency betting is more easier and a better way to make deposit to the site without using fiat.

Even if we introduce online casino to them, that doesn't means they wants to use online casino to playing gambling. If they like to play on offline casino, they will not trying to use online casino to playing gambling because they will feels different and maybe that will not makes them comfortable when playing gambling. Revise be the case in my place because physical gambling shops are been a much trend and comfortable for gamblers which odd differs based on gambling sites with not more than 1% differences of their odds.

And ideally on the system of the physical gambling shops, it can not be so quick override because it usually has the potentials to carry higher odd than the online gambling.
Moreso, there are much number of gambling shops in my place which has also made their services more acceptable considering the demands of players.

The competition of casino doesn’t make the online gambling fair because they are using same set of games from same provider to offer to their customers so literally they don’t decide the fairness of the game but rather the provider itself.

You are talking about legality OP which certainly counts the most when choosing a casino whether it is online or offline.
Fairness can be assessed not because it can be easily accessed and deposited but the fund security assurance. I won't say online casinos are fair, some of them are dealing with scammers and I don't think it is okay for us.
