buy an amazon gift card from places like gyft and the world is your oyster. it does depend on what country you're in. there'll be different gift card services for different countries. there's no point in paying more to some place only because they accept bitcoin directly.
Yes amazon is hard because I live in the Philippines. However the openbazaar.org I have mentioned has no fees or anything that involve in the transaction with another person. It is person to person exhange.

I live also in Philippine paps, we have our own Bitcoin wallet which is coins.ph and there was an option to buy on amazon or buy a amazon gift card and more lot of shop option for traveling,game credits and etc that accept bitcoin.
