Buying in online shop more eficient but you can't see the quality, you can search trusted seller with how many he sell stuff or rating of their market. but if you buy directly with person, you can ask cash on delivery to see quality the product
We are living in technology era. Using internet for various things is very important in these years. Online shopping is a very valuable option for us. Because we can buy anything we want with just some clicks. It became more valuable as we are in a covid-19 period and it is dangerous to stay in indoor places with many people for too long.
I do it all the time i am a gamer and i purchase my pc parts online you just have to choose the right and trusted websites i never had a problem with the products.
I am very happy with online shopping especially in this period of alternating lockdown problems for durability Personally I don't think there are if you buy from reliable sites like Amazon or eBay and in any case you save not only in terms of money but even much time

However for wise buyers its a must to check and compare the price to other same items to get discount but with same quality.
Reviews are usually also my criteria to decide from which seller I am going to buy online. But the thing I keep noticing with online reviews is that, they can't all be legit. For example on Ebay, I rarely a see a seller with less than 95% rating. How can it be that almost all of the reviews and comments people leave for sellers are positive?

I agree, especially now with the pandemic this year, we saw a huge increase in online shopping. In my city I keep seeing more and more food trucks from the big supermarkets deliverying food in the evenings. Unfortunately I think big stores in the city center are things from the past. The cheaper prices online will keep driving away the business who have to pay high rents and salaries.

I once bought 2 pants in a black & blue online shop. But after the order came it turned out that the black pants were smaller than blue, even though I ordered the same size. That's the most annoying thing when shopping online.

Amazon created the trust in online shopping with the 7 days replacement policy so people no need to worry if they received fake products because they can simply claim back the amount by return policy and also you should take a note on the reviews section to get the better view about that product.

Online shopping is the future, we will see more and more physical stores closing in the future and only the major brands survive. But online shopping will dominate them all eventually. People like to be lazy, so getting the struff shipped straight to your door will be the main delivery eventually. The corona pandemic is just accelerating the issue. The real problem I see here is that with you don't get any sales person looking after you when shopping online. All the research need to be done by yourself so you can choose between different products with the same characteristics. Just choosing based on price is not always the best solution.
Buying things online is like buying a cat in a sack, for example I once bought clothes and it turned out that the clothes were small in size and the material was really thin.

I think these days due to the COVID 19 most of the shopping happen online , that why amazon now is beating apple and turned to most valued company in the world, some people knows how to swim in wild rivers!
For the past 4 years, I have been into online shopping because there are things that are difficult to find in malls or stores and if you look in online shops it is easy peasy and you can compare prices so easily. You can buy at the comfort of your home and be delivered at your doorstep. And that nowadays, is very common to most of us as we are still not out of the woods with this pandemic.
