Also, check the Wikipedia in Croatian article on Mihovil Lovrić for further insight into some of the background of my situation. I will try to translate it into English and add it to the Wikipedia in English, but I am running into totalitarian communist resistance at the Wikipedia in Croatian. I am very seriously afraid for my life and fear further torture. Also see State Security Administration. There's also an article on him at the Wikipedia in LatinMitjel Yoshamya, but I'm not fluent in Latin, so I can only suggest changes via the talk page.

Maybe the address in Canada is their former job. Their LinkedIn profile says they're inbetween jobs.

They are focused on the Swiss Confederation and the countries bordering it. By "country", I don't mean the European Union (EU). I also hate the "Made in the European Union (EU)" obscurity.

Mate, you need to migrate out there. Immediately.

I would much prefer it if the bastards needed to migrate out of here, instead.

Mate, you need to migrate out there. Immediately.
Problems are, as far as I understand:
1) he's afraid they'll come after him
2) they have already stolen his money

So he needs to successfully migrate to a country which for some reason:
1. wants to protect him
2. is actually able to really protect him
3. will do that for free, will actually help him get a job and sustain him meanwhile
And he needs to be able to reach that country without getting caught.

Nasty situation.
(not implying this is all true)

Sweden, SRSLY?
wtf, lol.
How could you even think of suggesting that? O_o
I'm puzzled.
I'm often puzzled around here.

I did not contact the – declaratively neutral – Kingdom of Sweden due to Julian Assanges' case, the – truly neutral – Principality of Liechtenstein due to being to defenseless, and – the reactionary – Republic of Iceland due to being a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) with active United States of America (USA) military bases in Iceland.

I did – however – contact the Kingdom of the Netherlands for example, as they are the only liberal country in the world and can withstand United States of America (USA) pressure. They are the home of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which the United States of America (USA) refuse to accede to as members of its' military would be the largest number of criminals tried there. The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands replied that I need to be on their territory for my request to be considered. My "contact" at their Embassy – attaché Kees van Nes – appears to have been fired from their Ministry of Foreign Affairs or suddenly died soon after as their – his or her – e-mail address stopped working and the Embassy made no further replies to me, especially after publishing Cat out of the Bag 1, 1st Revision. Can someone find out what happened to Kees van Nes?

tormail.net got that domain back and set up a new domain while they where getting .net back there now more commonly know as tormail.org i also think that they transferd all emails to the /org accounts as the .net server was only a front end server not the actual email server

The Russian Federation probably did nothing to the server as it can easily be replicated and contains nothing unknown to them in general. They might even be running the same server now for both tormail.net and tormail.org. The accounts are the same; it's just that their default domains changed.

Have you tried contacting iceland, finland, sweden, china... And how about Assange ?
And as a french citizen - hence the pooor english - I can vouch for "Mediapart" and "Le Canard Enchainé", too, which are quite powerful press organs. Post your story to them.
Mediapart had a very important government member kicked out recently.

It is worth a shot, for sure, with better hopes than posting here.

Why would Sweden be a worse idea then Iceland or Finland?

You know physical mails are WAY much harder to track than emails ?

Also, the Russian Federation revoked the registration of tormail.net. I indicated [email protected] as the primary point of contact. I sent the request on April 17, 2012 CEST via physical mail, using a false name and address to evade immediate confiscation of the letters.

tormail.net got that domain back and set up a new domain while they where getting .net back there now more commonly know as tormail.org i also think that they transferd all emails to the /org accounts as the .net server was only a front end server not the actual email server

check out your PM, i can open you an account in Switzerland, company I work for is official introducer for few offshore banks

As you're – as I understand – not a Swiss Citizen nor are located in the Swiss Confederation, the offer does not fit my specifications plus it's too expensive, but I'll keep it in mind.

And what is the number of this court case ?

That's the catch – the block is based on a warrant by a public notary – there is no court order. I did not even have money they wanted me to pay to get that public notary warrant as I had 0.50 kunas (HRK) when I came to the bank and found out that all my accounts have been blocked and all of my money confiscated, so I was unable to see this warrant for ~2 months as I did not have the money necessary to get the warrant. I immediately filed a complaint with Financijska agencija (FINA) – the Financial Agency, but they gave me the run-around, evading to answer the unlawfulness of the procedure, in violation of the article of the old Ovršni zakon – the Foreclosure Law – equivalent to Article 172, paragraph 1 of the current Ovršni zakon – the Foreclosure Law. Also, they claimed that they had been blocking all of my accounts in the Republic of Croatia since at least January 1, 2011 CET; yet, I have a written statement from 2 banks clearly showing that my accounts at both banks were blocked in early October, 2012 CEST, just a few days after finally managing to publish Cat out of the Bag 1, 1st Revision (Tor Web site | Internet Web site) on September 26, 2012 UTC, paying for the domain and hosting in the Republic of Austria (declared neutrality in 1955) by bank transfer from my bank account at Privredna banka Zagreb. Financijska agencija (FINA) – the Financial Agency – has not even replied to Privredna banka Zagreb yet regarding its' request to return the confiscated money. The legal time limit is 15 days and the request was made on October 20-something, 2012 CEST.

The Cat out of the Bag Internet Web site was frozen a few days after publication – I was able to effect only the character set or make the site not display by changing .htaccess, but altering and/or removing any other files made no effect. My provider claimed that the Web site was not subject to any freezing and that there was no court order with a non-disclosure clause issued to do so. If that is true, a transparent proxy was used to intercept all external Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) connections to my providers' Web server and present frozen content of the Cat out of the Bag Internet Web site to all external visitors; the transparent proxy would have been somewhere external to my provider. The content was frozen when accessed through multiple Tor exit nodes in multiple countries plus direct connectivity from the Republic of Croatia.

Let's just say that PRISM and similar are only the tip of the ice berg of the arsenal of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) services. Of course, you people don't comprehend this and look at my posts in which I state that the Tor anonymity network is a United States of Americas' (USAs') Department of Defense (DoD) honeypot to draw out threats to the United States of America (USA), that standard Internet encrypted communication can be broken as the symmetric key ciphers used are multiple times weaker than the symmetric key ciphers used etc. For instance a 2048-binary-digit-(bit) asymmetric Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) key is equivalent in strength to a ~100-binary-digit-(bit) symmetric key. So, using e.g. 256-binary-digit-(bit) Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is only to satisfy your feeble minds as the overall protection is really ~100-binary-digit-(bit) symmetric and can be broken with something similar in strength to the Electronic Frontier Foundations (EFFs') DES Cracker. In actuality, e.g. the National Security Agency (NSA) should be able to decrypt any Internet traffic it chooses; however, not large amounts of it until they finish the Utah Data Ceter and similar. If they haven't constructed something similar to my Anticipher, they must be several times more stupid than I am or equivalent to Government Code & Cipher School (GC&CS) versus (vs.) Biuro Szyfrów. The existence of such systems in the United States of Americas' (USAs') Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) arsenal should be ULTRA – see Ultra – and beyond e.g. Eduard Snowdens' – a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) consumer – security clearances.

On October 28, 2012 CEST, government operatives broke down my door and beat me (Case History from the Clinic for Traumatology: Page 1: Tor Web site | Internet Web site; Page 2: Tor Web site | Internet Web site)… The Web sites do not yet list the encounter with Sigurnosno-obavještajna agencija (SOA) – the Security-Intelligence Agency, the latest police attacks, and the latest arrest on July 4, 2013 CEST.

This is what you call being royally fucked.
