You know physical mails are WAY much harder to track than emails ?

Also, the Russian Federation revoked the registration of tormail.net. I indicated [email protected] as the primary point of contact. I sent the request on April 17, 2012 CEST via physical mail, using a false name and address to evade immediate confiscation of the letters.

They should definitely be more difficult to process, but are easier to block. E-mails are fast and cannot be blocked if the adversary is not blocking all e-mails by default and letting through only the ones they have examined. I have actually had the latter situation at my Gmail account after applying for political asylum to several countries – all of my incoming e-mails either did not arrive or took e.g. 20 minutes (m) to get to my inbox – obviously someone was letting them through by hand.

The Republic of Croatia blocked all of my bank accounts and confiscated all of my money after I finally managed to publish Cat out of the Bag 1, 1st Revision as I paid for the domain and hosting in the Republic of Austria (declared neutrality in 1955) by bank transfer from my bank account. As I did not die from starvation within a few weeks, government operatives broke down my door and beat me about 4 weeks later.

Any more statements and/or questions?

And what is the number of this court case ?

why not search for them yourself? if you are afraid of people spying on you, use tor. there are so many respected newspapers in germany alone, wikileaks, and if you want all of the newspapers in a country, there are metanews: in germany it's the deutsche presse agentur short dpa. send them your story, maybe they will publish it in light of the recent joining of croatia and the doubts in terms of corruption etc.

Wikileaks has proven to be a quite good relay for world press spreading, you really should begin there.
To: Pick any name likely to evade postal censorship in your country.
    BOX 4080
    University of Melbourne
    Victoria 3052
    Australia

Send the same letter to:
    Mediapart,
    8 passage Brulon,
    75012 Paris

And to:
   Le Canard Enchaine
   173 rue St Honoré
   75051 Paris Cedex 01

Do not underestimate their power, those are like real PI, not copy/pasters.
Le Canard has been exposing stuff since 1915 in france.

Have you tried contacting iceland, finland, sweden, china... And how about Assange ?
And as a french citizen - hence the pooor english - I can vouch for "Mediapart" and "Le Canard Enchainé", too, which are quite powerful press organs. Post your story to them.
Mediapart had a very important government member kicked out recently.

It is worth a shot, for sure, with better hopes than posting here.

What I need is a list of e-mails of all world media. I've been trying to get it via Bitcoin (BTC) job sites. I will post another auction here to get it.

Posting on a shady forum to beg for a north korean bank account won't help.

The Democratic Peoples' Republic of Korea is practically at war with the United States of America (USA). The United States of America (USA) hate me. My – basically only biological – father cooperates with the Embassy of, and the government of, the Islamic Republic of Iran. Let's just say that the situation is slightly complex and fucked up for me.

That means you MUST travel to germany and meet up with me. Ill then help you to get the bank account ready

There might be an INTERPOL notice on me for unauthorized access to computer systems and/or conspiracy to commit espionage by the Republic of Serbia and/or the United States of America (USA). The latter act carries a possible death sentence in both. Under Article 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, I can be extradited to neither from the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Catch my drift?

^What he said. Since Croatia is now part of the EU you can also rest you case before the european court of justice.

I am an applicant before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), but they do not care and are intentionally ignoring my case, trying to make it go away as too much has been done to me.

He is a European and can open a bank account in any country part of the EU himself Smiley

He needs to send his story to various embassies, press organs, wikileaks, etc.
Posting on a shady forum to beg for a north korean bank account won't help.
He's calling for help to a country that would probably have buried or imprisonned someone leaking information as he did.

Does not sound right to me.

All that is very sad.
I fail to understand why you would accept any service from north korea, though, since things are A LOT worse for buggers like you, there.

Why don't you try to get some diplomatic protection from a "democratic" country and open a legit account through them ?

Also, I have been attacked by police several times the last few weeks as:

  • I notified the press of the connection between Rajko Osojić and Branko Kakarić via Rako Ostojićs' wife – Draženka Ostojić, who is the deputy chief of the ward Branko Kakarić was involuntarily committed to. After this, I was immediately attacked by police several hours later.
  • I requested the police report on my paternal grandfathers' corpse, the medical examiners' report, and the authopsy report. My paternal grandfather was – according to analysis performed by Sigurnosno-informativna služba (SIS) – the Security-Informative Service – i.e. Croatian military intelligence – at the end of the 1990es – assassinated by Služba državne bezbednosti / Služba državne sigurnosti (SDB / SDS) – the State Security Service of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1976. I also requested details on multiple police attacks on me – i.e. recordings of phone calls requesting police intervention against me on claims such as that someone is lying where I am sitting, that someone is lying on the tram tracks where I am etc. A few days after this, I was arrested on July 4, 2013 CEST. Want the Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb ruling from the next day that I am released to defend myself from liberty?

so former republics of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia might be a problem as well.

At present, the Republic of Croatia is refusing to extradite Josip Perković – the former chief of the hostile immigrant section of Služba državne sigurnosti (SDS) – the State Security Service – and later director of Sigurnosno-Informativna Služba (SIS) – the Security-Informative Service – who is wanted by the Federal Republic of Germany on charges of organizing the murder of Stjepan Đureković in 1983. Due to this, Angela Merkel did not come to Zagreb on July 1, 2013 CEST, when the Republic of Croatia acceded to the European Union and the German Federal Police offered 12,000.00 Euros (EUR) for any information on Josip Perković.

Additionally, on January 17, 2013 CEST, I was arrested by Služba općeg kriminaliteta, terorizma i ratnih zloćina – the General Criminality, Terrorism, and War Crimes Service – almost exactly 26 hours after writing the following in an e-mail sent to Swiss Post Box:

Quote
Furthermore, the party in power in the Republic of Croatia as of December, 2011 CET is Socijal-demokratska partija, the Social-Democrat Party, using the Russian word "Partija" for "Party", instead of the Croatian word "Stranka", the de facto continuation of the Communist Party. My paternal grandfather, Mihovil Lovrić, a professor of history who was researching history theories contrary to history theories enforced by the government, was – allegedly – assassinated by Služba državne bezbednosti (SDB) – the State Security Service – of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1976. In either case, unknown people started stopping him on the street in the period prior to his death and his corpse was found at sea as few days after going to a meeting with unidentified persons while at my paternal ancestors' house on the island of Krk. I myself have been threatened with death mere days after requesting his dossier composed by Služba državne bezbednosti (SDB) – the State Security Service – from Hrvatski državni arhiv – the Croatian State Archives in January, 2012 CET. The situation has gotten worse, lately, and I expect it to get even worse. In the Swiss Confederation, Josip Perković, an operative of Služba državne bezbednosti (SDB) – the State Security Service – Stanko Nižić in 1981. As of 2008, the Swiss Confederation has reopened the criminal investigation into Slavko Nižićs' assassination. His assassin, Josip Perković, peacefully resides in the Republic of Croatia.
