It will be not for sure. Please read the updated rules for the signature campaign. Your signature payments will be calculated for the rank with which you started each week of the campaign.Please check it there

Even in my case, I've leveled up as jr.member but still I'm getting rewarded with 0.05 like newbie. Any solution for this?You will continue to receive the newbie rate until this round is over (Saturday). When the new round begins, your payment level will be upgraded to that of jnr. member. It's a rule we all have to put up with I'm afraid.

Yes, the rules apply to you too, why wouldn't they?
You are paid the rate approriate for the rank you started the round on. When the next round starts, you will be paid at the jnr. member rate.
