Yes, we're seeing a lot of comments getting shadowbanned by Reddit. This is perfect for us, because not only is spam removed, but also it's Reddit's liability if they hide a comment for a genuine user, not ours.

I noticed that your website doesn't have a FAQ or Help section. It might be worth creating one. For instance, I wanted to check which exchanges have an OrangeFren Guarantee, but the information is nowhere to be found on the site. I can complete a search and see it in the results, but there really should be something better.

We will be implementing some form of a guarantee, just like the existing OrangeFren Guarantee, in the future. But for that to be enforceable we'd need to move all communications to a place that allows us to see it. We need all the facts to do dispute resolution. We're looking into how to make it happen.

Glad to hear that, I am surprised that nobody made something similar so far.
Another exchange with fiat trading you can consider add is Robosats, and I know they are trading with Lightning Network but it could be interesting option when fees are higher.
