I am an owner of the project, not a support. Please write them. Support can say you the log details and IP of the hacker. Usually we cannot refund your account if your password had been lost and money had been withdrew.
1. We cannot cancel the Bitcoin payments.
2. We do not have money to refund you, if your account has been hacked. The hack has been 100% on a client's side, because we are using SSL. The most common reason is a trojan on your PC which reads a password from your browser's password list. Some trojans can read which keys are you pressing (keyloggers). Also you it is possible that you lost your email's password, and hacker used the password reminder. Also some other sites where you are registered can lose/sell your credentials, and if it is the same as on ore-mine, most likely you will be hacked. Ore-Mine is a big site with a lot of users and a lot of money inside, and it your ore-mine account is a good goal for hackers. Be careful. In most of the cases your withdrawal address lock will prevent any hack withdrawals in the future. Why did not you set it on before?
3. If we will pay for hacked users from our own money, where is a guarantee that one user will not send money to his own second address and will not ask us to refund his account?

more than 4 months of my production over 2000. During this time, my mines have earned more than 0,005 Bitcoin . istorii transactions after June no records. but with the account disappeared about 0,005 Bitcoin . If an account has been hacked and someone stole the money , it would be recorded in the history of the withdrawal .
If an account has been hacked by someone , would have changed the password, but I'm working on it , I go and collect revenue.how to be?

If you did not make withdrawals and did not played a LANDS game, it means that somebody made the withdrawal transaction or played a LANDS game and he knows your password.
You should change your account's password: http://ore-mine.org/passwordc
You also should look for your email, if you have an email from ore-mine.org with your credentials, it means somebody knows your email password. You should change it too in this case.
You also should check your PC for viruses, trojans and keyloggers, which can read and send your password to anybody.
Please also do not use the same login and passwords as on other sites.
If changing password will not solve your problem, contact us again. We can provide you some details about payments from your account.

The one side of our income is an ads showing. If we are giving the feature to users not to visit our site every day, we are losing some of the sites (and ads) impressions. That's why the auto clicker feature is not free. It is like we are taking money from users who do not want to login every day, instead of taking money from advertisers.

yes and the only thing it does is to save you like 2minutes per day...not worth buy IMO
Well - it might save you some money if you go on vacation for a few weeks with limited internet access. (Or if you hate doing the 2FA every day, some people find that a hassle.)
But yeah, it's not a great investment if you've already gotten into the habit of claiming your ore daily so it never builds up.
