this case was same as my case , i bought potential account from actseller => the original account claim back the account after i have spent months to increase the activity and rank in the end they take the account easily
. the question : why they claim the account when the activity already increased? not immediately when they lost the access to the account?
is it possible the claimer = actseller itself?

Well i accept my fault here but the thing was that account had never any address staked so had to bought it without any address.Still am waiting for ActSeller to show up himself here.
At least now you know not to do that again, right?
I doubt you'll get a refund or any useful information from ActSeller. Accept the negative feedback, move on and be more careful next time. It sucks but what can you do?

If the original owner can prove without a doubt that account belongs to him, hand it over and ask the account seller for a refund.

Acctseller is known to sell hacked accounts anyway so I wouldn't be surprised in this case.However I think the original owner is equally at fault too.

He should have never bought the account. If the account was hacked and he doesn't hand it over, it should receive negative trust. This is the risk of buying accounts... not sure how long or how many accounts have to get negative feedback for people to start realizing that.

I also bought this account from Actseller , he did not gave me a signed message because he said the account has no staked address.

Yeah so far real owner has a proof.But still there can be many case drawn.It maybe like he(one who is claiming that he is real owner) may have acquired those email,localbitcoin,cloudbet login through the way by sending a keylogger to original owner.Still concrete proof is missing.

Please bear with me with the following info as i only have access to an ipad atm so it's a bit harder to check everything. The 1Nuy address was mine, however unfortunately i deleted the key when i switched to a custom generated address (1SamNz....), although there should be plenty of interaction between 1Nuy and 1SamNz. I also have transactions between 1Nuy and my local bitcoins account in my transaction history which i will post.
