Just wanted to chime in and give my 2 cents about Biznesmen's service. About a month ago I ordered 10 cards, they arrived appoximately 5-6 days to the shipping address I gave him in the USA. All 10 envelopes were sealed, no tampering. Everything is as advertised. Hands down probably one of the best customer service and response times I have seen in my years in dealing with people online. Friendly, professional. The cards are working well for my purposes, loading, and withdrawing, everything smooth and fine. Looking forward to long-term business with Biznesman, good guy. What if the card gets blocked anyway after your load?
Do you take any responsability?
I can take responsibility for amounts up to 100$.
100$ is only temporarily amount, it will be higher when tested more.
From my own tests it works, but needs to be checked on bigger scale.
However to apply for my guarantee you need to meet following conditions:
- no other methods of loading now or previously
- no quazi-cash transactions
- no automatic gas distributor transactions
- you can't use it on territory of countries that are forbidden by bank (I listed them in product description)
- you can't use it on territory of countries that are suspected for supporting the terrorism (http://www.state.gov/j/ct/rls/crt/index.htm)
- you can't use it on territory of tax heaven countries.
Great majority of my customers comply with these rules.

I'm not familiar with TransferWise, but I have some news.
I started to offer loading the cards again.
I accept Bitcoins, Litecoins, Paypal (temporarily off), Skrill, Webmoney, Neteller.

I've been reading this thread and you guys mention that the bank doesn't like foreign transfers and gets blocked. Do you think that problem would be solved by not sending money DIRECTLY from abroad but through transferwise? Because that way you receive the money in your currency? Im just wondering if this works...
I want to order some cards but I'd need it for receiving funds from foreign accounts.

A very good option would be to use the cards for doing a Western union online transfer. It even lifts the card's withdrawal limits if you send e.g. 500€ to Panama or another restricted country. And you get the cash at a shop around your corner, often without video surveillance to stay private.What I can do to avoid to the max the possibility of being blocked?
WU officially just accepts transfers when the cash receiver verifies himself at the cash out station, but we all know that the operators of such shops often aren't very serious and give you the money without further check of your identity ("I forgot my passport etc..." - MTCN and name is enough
)I'm doing this way if cashing those cards out as it keeps the VISAs alive for a very long time.

If you're going to withdraw at ATM in one of the banned countries then unfortunately it will be blocked, sooner or later... Unless you want to risk with 1-2 withdrawals then trash it.

You can make a vcc (that includes an IBAN making it a VBA) for free directly on BZWBK website. Use a translator and it's easy.
