Can your card/IBAN get direct bank transfert from French/UK bank ?
Can your card/IBAN be used to open a Paypal pro account and withdraw money?
Any risk of blocking the card doing that ?
I'd like to have the "instructions" you are reffering to into your main post, to be sure it matches my requirements.
