So if you want to make a useful thread, you still have to put in more effort. I'm not much of a hunter for giveaways and co, but I seem to know a few more than what you presented.
For example:
Sinbad Mixer starts a price prediction contest every month. For this month SINBAD.IO Mixer May Bitcoin Price Prediction
Utopia has I think a weekly raffle with very solid prizes, currently 11th round [RAFFLE] Utopia - P2P Ecosystem | Free Bitcoin Raffle Weekly 💎 Round 11

Very apt...when I saw too many give aways and it took me to the games and rounds child boards. That's too generic or otherwise telling us there  is a board called games and rounds were give aways are done.
If Op can put more efforts in this thread by being more specific, it will be forgotten and buried.
But if it is well formatted and updated, it is a nice thread people can visit to know which contest or giveaway is happening.

What’s the essence of this thread if you will still generalized all the giveaways on the game and rounds board. You should just keep the thread exclusive on contest if you are not willing to list down all the specific open giveaways since there’s no sense to visit this thread rather than go directly on games and round board. This thread is literally a redirecting thread on games and round which makes the process longer than directly visiting on it.

I suggest that make this thread focus only on contest so that you will not have trouble making this thread updated. Giveaways is too many to summarize by a single user in daily basis.

This competition has closed already. This kind of thread is only effective if it is up to date.

This kind of thread will only serve its purpose if there is commitment, if it is regularly updated. If not, this will just be forgotten like many other overview or compilation threads that came before this.

Anyway, I agree with noorman0 that review campaigns are neither contests nor giveaways. Furthermore, contests that have ended don't have to stay on the list. After all, your heading is "All Available Contests." The list would also grow too long if it always includes those that have already ended.

Also, this list seems to specify only those offered in the services section. Most of the giveaways, however, are posted in the games and rounds. There are also those in the collectibles section.

I see @OP now include giveaway in this thread, you should add free raffle on collectibles board too. You should update it everyday and watch every new thread in those boards, don't wait until other users mention it.

A paused contest don't have any guarantee it will be resumed, I know it's because of the project's representative than the campaign manager who tend to choose soft words. They're usually say they will review it and may continue the contest in the future rather than say this contest is the last contest and we will not launch it anymore.

I think he want to compile all thread that related to reward or money.

Review campaigns don't have to be in the contest category in my opinion, there's no champion position up for grabs..


I agree here, maybe the status can be:
- Open, still accepting new submissions.
- CFNS (closed for new submissions), currently judging/voting stage.
- WA (winners announced), this status also indicates that the contest name will be removed from the list after a few days.

Well, just like others said, contest threads are rare its like maybe once or twice a month or so, while giveaways have particular board, so having a thread for such is something you both can and can't keep it since there are lots of giveaways in G&R board. Well, if you think you can keep it updating this thread, then just, yeah.

Whirlwind review campaign was just launch this month though.

For OP since you added a review campaign as contest/giveaways, check the review campaign of Utopia^[1]. Also roobet's seasonal/quarterly/monthly contest^[2]

During the past few years, the number of Contests campaigns is rare. AFAIK, the last review campaign was several months ago, and from time to time campaigns for visual content or the best painter, or video content and others occur. Therefore, updating this list may be every 3 days to a week, which is a period Enough for everyone to share.

Therefore, the benefit of such topics will be little if you are committed to keeping the list updated.

It's up to you, and I hope someone can benefit from it.

And with a dedicated thread for contests and giveaways like this one, it would be easier for users to quickly access and participate in them.

It is good to include the contest in the games and rounds as you mentioned .
It is OK to include any contests that is paused because an interested user will have an eyes on it to see when it will resume again.
I think you are right for them to remove contests that are ended or closed. Because if they have to include closed contests, it means they will trace back to when the forum started.

I kinda feel like contests and giveaways are pretty easy to find without having the extra thread. Services section, games & rounds, and occasionally gambling section have all the active contests in the 1st 1-2 pages.
