I could edit the latest table but i'll just leave it to Fatanut since he's still active.
There's nothing to update since Privcy campaign appears to be a fake campaign. Idk why someone would do that but possibly to put a bad repu to Privcy's name.

But it looks like scam

THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PRIVCY. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. BCT MODS, PLEASE DELETE THIS THREAD
It does seem like a scam, newbie who registered today with his first post being a signature campaign thread without any funds held by an escrow.

I won't be surprised if the campaign manager suddenly disappears after paying the participants after a week or two just to get their hopes up.

I could edit the latest table but i'll just leave it to Fatanut since he's still active.

Actually if you included non-bitcoin paying campaigns (ICO tokens), the number probably has never been higher.

But apart from ICOs, there seems to be a decline in active usage of cryptos (other than trading), which has impact on number of crypto related services and, in turn, on number of campaigns.

Other factor is the increase in spam and low-quality posts, which makes signatures less visible + most of the forum members are not really an attractive target group for advertisers.

But, iirc, we've seen worse than that, both in terms of number of active campaigns and payment rates - it's all about market finding the balance.

I've joined this forum in 2016 and during those days a lot of the campaigns were paid in Bitcoin, even for ICO's, and also ICO's weren't always run on Ethereum but were simply altcoins (hence coin offering, not token offering). So, your explanation is correct, ICO people have figured out that they can just create shitcoins out of thin air and pay with them to bounty hunters.

I don't remember the number of open campaigns being this low. A year ago there were so many of them that people were choosing and picking and posting about rates being too low or the rank requirements being too high. You could even get a campaign being a jr. or a member. Is the era of signature posting coming to an end?

Maybe an end because of this fucking signature campaign abuser. Not only for those rank but for all here in bitcointalk user that participate signature campaign.

If this abuse continues probably we will not get any reward or amount from that service.

Who are you talking about? I think there are plenty of abusers out there, but most can be found because they're dumb. Like this one

Some people are doing a great job negging sig abusers and linking their accounts.

I think that campaigns will recover when another bitcoin bull market starts but by that time we could be moving to a new forum.

I'm a 2017 freshman and I don't remember the number of actively recruiting campaigns being this low since I've joined. Of course you're on point about the ICOs, but they're not included in this thread and many people don't want to take additional risk of ending up with a worthless token.

Yeah, number of Bitcoin paying campaigns is small currently. I remember in past we had much more campaigns and some users were just jumping between campaigns to get highest payments. I don't think that era of signature campaigns come to the end. But rules have changed a bit. Now mostly campaigns choose to pay in their own tokens, because it doesn't cost them anything to make some tokens from thin air, while Bitcoin paying campaigns is quite expensive to run.
One good thing when there are less Bitcoin paying campaigns - now they accept only decent posters.

A recent message from the manager of the nitrogen campaign.

Hello members,

This message is to inform you that the marketing team has decided to end the signature campaign program at Bitcointalk. This program will be currently on hold for the next several months as management re-evaluates the value of signature campaigns for this particular forum/community.

So week #93 is the last week of the campaign. The payment for this week will be sent in a few minutes.

It's been a long journey since we started the campaign and once again, thank you all very much for being a part of our marketing efforts the past months.

Best regards,
notaek

Take a look at the latest update by Fatanut above your post, he has removed nitrogen from the list. So you are too late to give above info, next time you should check the last update first before providing any info. If the info you are going to post is not updated yet then you can go but if it is updated already then you do not need to do it.

Fatanut is already aware of that and he mentioned it in one of the topic, besides there is a red asterisk in both compaigns.
Waiting for almost 3 months isn't cool indeed but all you have to do now is just waiting for Lutpin processing thousands of posts. Making a checkpoint and changing the boat might be another possibility if anyone is interested.
Tl;dr : No need to write in this topic what was already said LFC_Bitcoin Wink

Since June of this year, I have managed 2 Campaigns and paid out a total of 2.437 Bitcoin, or more than $16,000 USD.

Technically you didn't pay out anything as you weren't holding any campaign funds.

I could have easily requested to hold the funds, and I'm almost certain that they would have obliged.

Sportsbet and Bitcasino pay their campaign participants (and continue to do so) faster than ANY OTHER campaign on this forum.

This in itself should give you some indication of how Sportsbet and Bitcasino operate.

I put my almost 5 year reputation on the line, and made certain that members of this forum were paid without any dilemma.

As a result, a disgruntled participant (who I replaced with a Legendary member) had an emotional meltdown, which drew the attention of his buddy (suchmoon), who erroneously red tagged me.

Furthermore, I would have paid out of pocket if Sportsbet or Bitcasino just decided to skip town, but I knew that wasn't going to happen.

But yeah, I'm a "ponzi shill" from February, 2014  Roll Eyes

Because, you know, I'm a "ponzi shill" as Lauda and suchmoon have labeled me  Roll Eyes

I'm actually the opposite.....

Thanks for including my Campaign to your database!
