I just noticed that YoloDice is in CFNP yet it's open for accepting new participants. I guess it should be move on active or in flux table so many can apply for vacant spots.

I agree and warned many times about this scammy service... The fact that it is in PNYC and has red asterisk is quite a good step. Removing it is better, giving negative trust to them is the best thing that could happen.
