Now, it seems that it's a definite scam.
All of the website's funds have been transferred, including those in advertiser deposit addresses.
All of the addresses in this transaction belong to bitads and most of them have been used to replenish the withdraw address.

Bitdefender antivirus is now blocking bitads, Apparently they where linking to some browser hijacking urls.

The creator of bitads and bitvegas has been missing for months. I morbidly believe he died, or he'd have found a way to talk to us by now... 
He came back from the dead once to fill up the bitads payment wallet with 0.5 BTC...

I really, really doubt he scammed. He came over as trustworthy and build up a good reputation during his time on this forum. Also, turning this into a scam would probably make him less BTC then just putting it into maintenance mode, so it doesn't even make any sense and he seems smarter than that.
I really don't know what to think or to believe. I will just wait and see.
