What rules are you talking about?
Withdrawals can take up to 24 hours. If I can't wait my account will get closed. I am not going to risk that, I will close down the bond on GLBSE first. So either we all adapt to that if it happens or if you are unable please sell off the bonds to me.
Also we can expect 9 AM central time for the payments to hit us. This will have to be adjust from my stated 6PM Thai time.

i got the funds from pirate, as soon as 1 confirm then to glbse and then 6 confirms then dividends.

Does Pirate pay different clients throughout the week? Cambodian internet used to suck... atleast for 3 years ago, when I lived there.. 120us$/month for pretty useless speed.. But this was Phnom penh.. Actually had better internet in Sihanoukville included in my house rent.. Anyways, keep up the good work with the bonds.. I'll buy more asap..
