All communication history I have saved, also transactions.

Welcome to the club. did you do any research on them at all before making any deal?
If you check the trust page of their representative account on this forum, you will probably know about their fraud way of business

This article says that the scam SAFEX can be traded on p2pb2b, but when i go to your exchange and i search for SAFEX is not there.

As far as I understand, they specifically set a very small gas and the funds were not sent, the transfer is canceled in the blockchain explorer. but the funds are not returned to me. Damn SCAMERS.

The scammers that operate coinsbit/whitebit/extrates/p2pb2b are going to fool as many users as possible and in some cases it could mean keeping token swaps or staking profits for themselves but regardless of the situation they are scammers therefore cannot be trusted in anything they say or promise.

Probably greed, to try to get-rich-quick. Greed is one of those ugly human traits which if not kept under control can destroy one's integrity or can corrupt someone. Most of such services don't want to play the long game of acquiring wealth or getting rich and instead opt for the shortcut of scamming which always leads to short-lived success.

All they care about is gathering all the listing fees at any opportunity that presents itself. It's up to us, as owners of the money to stay woke and avoid such exchanges otherwise we lose the money to the scammer.
