Do not use this exchange. I have been around since 2014 and used most of the popular exchanges out there. I have never seen anything like this. They have no problem lying to the public and making false statements. Be very careful.
They are lying about their trade volume
They are lying to their customers
They are lying about technical issues
They are lying about their affiliation with Coinsbit
What else?
After being ripped off by these guys and having them reverse my legitimate trades from 2 months ago because they could not cover my altcoin balance, I have been trying to withdraw the bitcoin they refunded me.
I have not been successful and cannot complete the withdraw because confirmation emails stopped being sent to me. I have opened a live ticket and sent screenshots to
[email protected] like they requested and still no help and no ability to withdraw my funds.
This is by far the worst exchange I have ever used. What a complete waste of time, loss of money, and source of frustration.
To recap:
I joined this exchange 2 months ago and bought 1% of the total supply of hempcoin 1.5 months before their fork to Komodo.
I tried to withdraw these funds for 1.5 months without success and after no support whatsoever I was told that my trades from 2 months ago would be reversed because they cannot cover my legit trade balances.
They reverse all of my trades and refund my btc (opportunity for investment lost) and now they are not allowing me to withdraw my btc.
Sorry to read about those Hempcoin now being calculated at 3x more in value than when made your first purchase from the p2pb2b scammers. You lost a potential thousands of USD$
On a slightly different note, it is clear that criminals and scammers know no bounds but they do have
similar traits. For example serial scammer Dean Nolan who is behind the betking scam also made a technical miscalculation during the 2018 Christmas wager contest. He also refused to pay out over 20 BTC +EV that was won legitimately by players. Instead he decided to cancel all winnings and refunded the bets placed then posted in this forum claiming he deserved praise for being honest. The hypocrisy and irony would have been laughable had matters not been so serious.
It seems so obvious they have made a massive error by sending their freebie Hempcoins to users and those emails you unearthed showing they were asking for those Hempcoins back other users were threatened with have funds or accounts frozen - clearly show the coinsbit and p2pb2b scammers tried to cover this up and blamed the issue on those coins being obtained using "non-legal way" by the seller. Pathetic.
They hoped to keep their scam going with being noticed and by laying low but their victims are stepping up and confronting them here. Yes you are right, users including you have been banned from their Telegram but this forum is a place they cannot silence.
I hope the scammer team behind coinsbit and p2pb2b will be put in jail after they are investigated for fraud.
