Don't expect too much on this fight, you know how Floyd fights and how he doesn't want his untarnished record to be ruined by Senator from the Philippines. Floyd will fight for the money, he is not going to fight to please the boxing fans. He will run around, defend himself, do some jabs and repeat. That's why he keeps on saying easy money on the video about the 2nd fight.
That is Floyd's fighting style and its really annoying, we are many that got annoyed by that type of fight he plays. But for him, you said his goal, he's going for the money and won't care for the reaction of the crowd.

He invests to the training, invest few minutes on the ring and follow his plan after that he'll get million bucks again. And its also possible that if this fight will be agreed and he'll let Manny win, there will be another match soon just like the 'fight of the decade' with Juan Manuel Marquez.

@Kemarit. Many fans will certainly be there and pay overpriced tickets to watch this. The same as there are bagholders who bought tokens from ICO scammers hehehehe.

In any case, we saw how the first fight ended so badly. Floyd and Manny should stop squeezing their fans for more money and should not fight again, I reckon.

I only want this fight to live up to its name, unlike the previous fight...

@Sukut. Agreed. But they are older, fatter and less hungry than during those rising years they had. Manny has become a wealthy politician and Floyd is rich and retired. 2 rich fighters in a ring with nothing to prove will not make a good fight. What more do they want from their fans? More money?

I am fairly certain that this fight will not be as exciting as everyone expects. The first fight was very disappointing. I reckon, this rematch will be more disappointing. 2 old boxers in the sunset of their careers who are trying to squeeze the fans while they can. They have become the ICO scammers of boxing hehehe.

Right, specially with the recent Alvarez-GGG scoring controversy, I doubt casuals fans will flock on the arena to watch them fight. There's more hype on the McGregor-Khabib fight. LOL. We already saw what happened in the first fight, Pacquiao will not hit Mayweather with the left and fans will exit the arena thinking that have been scammed by this two fighters. Grin

Yeah, if Mayweather still using his classic boxing style, it will be a boring fight. I think Pacquiao is a good boxer with his aggressive style, the problem is if mayweather don't play with the same style like pacquiao, the match will be boring.

Which will also be the fight FLoyd wants. Its certainly his fight and he will win. He is faster who can engage in and out quickly that Pacquiao won't have a chance to counter punch. If Pacquiao will ever get to knock floyd out in one big jab I think this fight wouldn't be boring for you. Its possible if Floyd isn't a moving target.

You have said my sentiment, this match won't be exciting as before and bettors would be one of those that will be excited with this.

Both of them are supporting cryptocurrencies and they have poured a lot of money in.
On the otherhand, Floyd endorsed a scam.

Yeah, Mayweather has that persona. And I think he play it very well. He puts fans and detractors on his fight because they love to see him lose,
You got it right, people love to see him lose but i think it's not gonna happen. When he fights he see to it that it's a winnable one, 80/20. He is a smart guy when it comes to selling a fight. Lot of trash talking but that is how he sell his fight and i think that he gonna retire for good with zero defeat.

I don't think that Pac will get he lion share in this fight, Mayweather is stil the A-side but for sure Pac will also get a lot of money here.
Even though that Mayweather will get the lion share of this fight if it push through but still Pac will be earning a huge amount here because Bob Arum is not involve in this promotion anymore but hope Pac will reconsider Roach to be back on his corner again just for this one. Roach is the one guy responsible on the achievements of Pac inside the ring.

Exactly, so as much as boxing fans hate him, he can influence casuals to watch his fights because of the way he promoted himself and the fight itself. Pac will be OK. This is the only fight that he can only be on the B-side but that its not that bad. They are both lottery/sweepstaks in boxing, and they who fought them get tons of money. And you raise a valid point, Bob "The Snake" Arum, won't be in the middle and perhaps this is one reason why Floyd wanted to fight Pac again, just their sides doing the negotiations and it will be smooth with no stumbling block whatsoever.

I wouldn't watch as well as this would likely to be the first match but money would definitely come in again for both sides.

Money matters a lot, right? That's why Pacquiao always accept fight offers, even with terms that are unfair to him. For the last fight, the PPV revenue was around $410 million and tickets sales brought in another $72.2 million (I have no idea about the total revenue).

Well we can call it unfair but getting around $100 mil in the first fight is already a windfall for this because that the highest prize fight he got if I got it correctly. So I think he will accept the terms in the second fight and and at least get another $100 mil or more. I think that more money that we can imagine and I wouldn't call it unfair.

The money they make from the actual fight purse is nothing compared to the money they make from advertising promotions, sponsorships and press tours, particularly for the B side fighter. You can probably expect a 70/30 purse split for Pacman/Mayweather in favor of Mayweather, but Pacman will easily eclipse the $50m mark even being the B side.

At this point, after the McGregor match, I have really lost my interests in betting or predicting any matches when Mayweather is involved. Maybe it's a personal hate but I just don't like the way he presents himself. I hope Pac beats the shit out of him. Like always, lot of money will be involved and maybe Pac will be paid more th lose.
I am a Pacman fan and would hate when Manny loses a fight but a fight with Mayweather again i could see a repeat of that first fight where Money will emerge as a victor. Money just know how to sell a fight and maximizes it's gain. I hate Money but i just could not see that Manny will beat him even if they meet five times in the  square ring. Money as a fighter is smart and a defensive master which is a boring attribute for a fight on a fan's point of view.

So if you wanna win in a bet, go for Money even if your heart is on Manny's side.

There's a video circulating the net about this two boxers where allegedly the fighters met in Tokyo Japan for a concert and Mayweather started thrash talking Pacquiao and you can hear on the video Mayweather saying he will come out of retirement this coming December 2018 to fight Pacquiao for the 2nd time. Mayweather comes out as an early favorite for this match.

Do you know where you can bet if this fight will happen?
This is still a rumor and no official words that this fight will happen soon.

But if ever two sides agreed of the terms and conditions, popular betting sites here would definitely put this match.
As of now, you won't be able to see that any casino would list this fight.

I don't think that any betting site offer such a bet.

That said, I wouldn't watch this match, if it happens in Vegas. The judges are bloody biased and the scoring for the last major match (Gennady Golovkin vs Canelo Alvarez) was just appalling.
I wouldn't watch as well as this would likely to be the first match but money would definitely come in again for both sides.

Well although i don't think people who've watched the first fight would be as interested in this one considering how it ended, these two names will still be a big draw. Though i doubt the outcome would be different with mayweather's effective style.
