Sorry to read about your situation they applied the same tactic to another user who posted in the forum to bring the Bituary exchange scam to our attention.
They lock accounts, ask for more funds in order to release funds then instead of releasing ask more funds again but never release funds. It is a fake exchange set up to selective scam users.
I do not understand why someone still used that scammy exchange after so many warnings posted by us.

You may want to read LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system, as leaving negative feedback in retaliation is not the way to go.

Well, I have nothing to say in response except that of the 27 current posts this newbie Bituary Exchnage account has made, only 3 are in his own promotional/announcement thread. Of the 144 or so posts in his promotional/announcement thread, around 136 are made by newbie sock-puppet accounts that miraculously found their way to the Bituary Exchange thread including some that just show:
"This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity". That speaks volumes.
