City 42 is promoting OneCoin . as i know if government officials take some action they release on website also they do on press release. so do not belive on private tv channels mostly they are earning money and broadcasting what investor want (Blacksheeps)

No way...!! Your project not even near to https://btcliverate.com/. Please note I have no affiliation with them but I liked their work and I can see how much effort they put the in the integration.
Still there is so much room for improvement in both projects.

For your cointalkglobal.com it looks so much complex. who got time to go into 30 menu items? Make it SIMPLEST. and in on glance user should see the all MAJOR options he/she have.

very good, but at least re-brand for your forum remove logo for XemForo, its a new board so keep it simple and straight forward too man sub forums. And must have at least 3-5 posts for each topic. So thats why if you keep it simple and small will have better chances to grow fast.

We are working on developing custom theme and some other modules like transaction accesslator / Cryptos rate / Crypto calculator / Link directory (where users can find bitcoins related links shops etc ) / charts and many more things our aim to provide everything under one roof

.. so its just beginning
