I think mining might not be feasible still in Pakistan. It really depends on your source of power and electricity cost really. But even if you decide to go for a machine dont go below 14nm technology. S5 is 16nm. S7 is 14nm.
for shipping www.viabox.com is also providing service

Website looks interesting... I'd like to shop other stuff from eBay. Have you ever tried them? What was the overall cost of it? As well as weight of whatever you got?

I think you should go foe Buying AntMiner S5 : http://www.amazon.com/AntMiner-S5-~1155Gh-0-51W-Bitcoin/dp/B00RCTIY4G

Its mining power is  ~1155Gh/s

Actually electricity will not be problem because we have solar panel facility so can you can estimate that what percentage of BTC i can mine with this S7 14nm per week?

From our conversation it seems that you have researched mining enough. Sorry for the late reply. Actually very busy and by laptop went bust so have limited pc access right now. As for s7 you can simply google bitcoin mining calculator, s7 comes in different speeds also so it really depends on speed. You can put the values in there and see how much you will earn. Please take note mining is a race hence any output today can and will decrease over time. How fast is dependent on number of miners out there.

Please look at:
http://bitcoinwisdom.com you can check difficulty charts etc.
