I keep BTC in blockchain.info online wallet. Never used a local BTC wallet. I mostly use altcoins so never needed that.
Never use online wallets. Many sites/exchanges have been hacked. If you can get a hardware wallet or at least paper wallet. Make sure you have the private keys.

There is nothing to doubt about, Pakistanis are a lot here but some of them are just afraid to come here and they just want their identity intact.
Well think of other factors too... see the recent market... it's not as charming as it was few months before. Since overall market effect people's interest and we Pakistani loose it very easily.It's not disappointing either, other boards are also in similar situation.
Don't forget we are still hanging in between about crypto currencies legal or illegal issue. Many countries like USA, JAPAN and CHINA have clearly stated their policies towards crypto but our policy makers seems to be ignorant or busy in other stuff. We won't see any progress until following factors are passed successfully
1. Current market situation
2. Clear policies toward crypto currencies and legality of crypto business
3. Election season... political stability is important factor too
So let's wait for few some time and hope next coming government will make some clear policies towards it. Only then we will some progress and will see people getting involved.

But we need to make People of Pakistan to be aware of the scam and good projects. If someone is using Pakistan name to sell his scam. This is not good for Pakistan Image and specially Waqar Zaka promoting something. He is not promoting Pakistan but most important he is promoting him self as a crypto influencer and charge for his services. Keep away from Waqar Zaka Scams and dont spend your hard earned money.
As I mentioned I am not spending anything. As for what he was offering before and what he is offering now is 2 different things. According to the whitepaper it will be a pre mined mineable crypto, which is how most people are doing it. I think before he was outright just doing an ico and selling it.

I hope the new gov changes their stance on BTC. We don't need ban on btc. Instead we need legislation to make it legal and perhaps we could even attract some foreign investment too from crypto startups. Many countries are doing the same thing.

This is same coin he launched earlier... i guess with different name "ouicoin"?? anyway are there so may question need to be asked before you jump in... also this is in very early stages so lets wait see what he comes up with.
After going through website i have following questions
- SSL Error? Come on... at least fix this issue man
- Have you read the whitepaper? No problem statement just fancy words "revolutionize [Suspicious link removed]munity mobilization", "community development".
White paper does not match up with with what has been said on the website. No words mentioned about disaster relief panel which is first goal of 2019.
- On website home page it highlighted "TenUp is a blockchain-powered global micro-finance", in white paper microfinacne mentioned only once and that is also under future development section.
- TENUP FEATURES "Access to Leading Mentors" like seriously? Is this a feature??
This is after first 10 minutes review of whitepaper and website.
I have been following him for a while and i see he have good links and reach to related people in field. Most of the time he is cashing his relief work in Syria and Burma and highlighting that he's helping those communities using crypto currency.
Its not same coin. It another coin with different team. What i heard he used someone else project to raise money and started his own afterward and Waqar Zaka is under investigation in Federal Investigation agency NR3C Cyber Crime.
