Indeed, it is very disheartening that even after 75 years as a nation, we are still relying on loans from IMF and other donor agencies to fulfill our financial requirements. Regrettably, we stand as the most improvished nation among South Asian countries, India and Bangladesh are far better in terms of economic independence and self reliance.
It is crucial to understand that political independence comes after economic self reliance. It is a lengthy debate to find out how did we reach to this stage of current state of economic challenges. I attribute much of the responsibility to our elite class(generally known as establishment) who is corrupt, immoral and lacks respect for humanity.
