CLIMATE CHANGE...a Harsh Reality
Global warming, climate change and terms like the weather is shifting is what has been the controversial issue in last couple of years.
We have seen a massive change in weather across the globe, colder winter for hot countries, Hottest summers in cold countries.
More earth quakes , More Volcano eruptions, More wildfires.
People have protested, World leaders has gathered together to brainstorm and present a solution that is vital and also acceptable at large.
But has this problem arise only recently , or has it stated to grow its roots decades or probably centuries ago ? why no one looked into this before?
These question troubles one's mind when they hear it on the news or see the changes such use of less plastic more paper, sustainable fashion, and so on around them.
Mankind has always been looking to change and facilitate its life from its creation. Be it the invention of fire, the wheel , or the face shifting of the global market with invention of THE INTERNET.
As the population of world grew , the need for these invention got even stronger. Human Learned , invented and enjoyed.
Tv, Refrigerator, Air conditioners, cars, Aeroplane , Space rockets and the list goes on...
However, Humans are not perfect nor are their inventions, with every invention came a loss or somewhat a harm to nature.
What started as a slow process which was known but ignored , accelerated in last couple of decades, hence becoming like a volcano ready to erupt anytime.
As awareness increased among common people, the issue became more sensitive and alerted the world leadership to act upon it as matter of urgency.
Therefore, the tape has started to rewind, we are going back to learning of living a simple life.
Recycling and more recycling , to safe to re produce , and to preserve the gifts of Mother nature.
But is it too late for us to act now, is it helping, will our generation benefit from it ? These questions still lurks in our minds and we have to seek the answers to them.
Your articulation of concerns related to global warning and its impact, such as shifts in weather patterns, rising sea levels and air quality is commendable . Unfortunately, Pakistan is significantly affected by the repercussion's of climate change. The country finds itself grappling with the consequences those are also affecting its economy, which is already very fragile.
I think it is not too late to act but the window of opportunity is narrowing.. The actions taken by current generation will undoubtedly influence the well being of future generations.
