G syed bhai, agar app nay koi zameen, house/shop ais niyat c buy kia hay k app future mein aus ko profit mein sell kerian ga tu aus p zakat hogi.

Lekin agar app nay ais niyat c plot buy kia k kaal ko you will make you home, tu aus plot p zakat ni. Aisi tarah if you bought house / shop not for selling purpose tu koi zakat ni. Han if you bought them and give them on rent, tu phir rent p zakat hogi sirf, aus plot, shop aur house ki value p ni.
Future mein agar app sell bhi ker detay hein tu jo amount receive hogi gi aus p hogi...kion k jab sell ki niyat hogi tabhi zakat laguu hogi.

Thanks Umer Bhai for sharing Zakat calculator. Mere khayl mein aisi Real estate property ( Plot, House or shop ) jo k apki investment ha or ap usko future mein sell kerna chahty han us pe zakat uski market value k hisab se 2.5% zakat pay kena hoti ha mgr mein 100% sure nhi houn ku k es k bary clarity nhi ha . Apka es bary mein kia khayal  ha?

Yeh tab dekha jiey ga jab pakistan mein crypto legal hogi tu kitna tax lagay ga, 10% ya 30% ya kuch aur. But abi ramazan aa raaha hay aur hum sab logon ki yeh responsibility hay k humaray pass jitni bhi crypto hay ( Exchanges p, decentralized wallets p, staking p, hardware wallets p) aun sab ko calculate kerain aur ais p 2.5% zakat ada kereian. You almost wrote what I was thinking - I wish Kaptan get the right advisor to update him on Crypto and the wonder which crypto can do to the country. But how many people in Pakistan are aware of the crypto -- 20%?- This is surly a big percentage I mentioned. People need to be educated about the crypto and surely there will be good days coming soon.

I don't think Kaptaan is against the cryptocurrency, i think he is waiting for the dust to settle before making any decision. And also he hasn't got the time to relax, the PDM has been on the move since the start of his govt, and also i think there is no proper person to guide IK about cryptocurrency, so he is more reluctant to accept the new financial world.

Bro the Closing was not good i said that in last post about moving average that BTC needs to break a Logical and Physical Resistance of 43500 and close weekly candle above 20 MA then we can see a big boom it didn't happened wait for the April. But May June are Bearish months.

Pros:
1) He is giving crypto awareness in 10$ per month jo k bohat cheap price hy.
2) He is fighting to make crypto legal

Cons:
1) He has some hidden agenda to promote his coin/exchanges
2) He is promoting future trading , new traders must be losing a lot
3) Woh trading sikka ni raha, he wants k you become his student forever and fazool batein like trading signals through astrology etc

Agar Pakistan mai crypto currency legal ho jati hai to is se Pakistan ko kafi faida ho ga. jese k India na 30% tax lagaya hai crypto per. Sir Umer i have already mentioned in my post that Government use these lame excuses well it is lame excuse as you explained.
Financial systems and the type of Democracy in which Asian Countries especially like Pakistan India are Living There Money Laundering can not be controlled because the system which develop to control is it dont have powers to Stop it they can just track even now thay even cant track.
System Should provide power to them that they can punish those involved people without any interference.

Bitcoin is more trackable than fiat. Sab kuch blockchain p transparent hay. Jo yeh kehtay hein k governments bitcoin is leiy use ni kerti kion k yeh track ni ho saktha, its a false myth. Yahan p loggon ka alt accounts pakaray jatay hein crypto transactions p aur hum baat kertay hein k track ni ho saktay

Money laundering is just an excuse, when your internal financial system is broken and it facilitates money laundering crypto or fiat no one can stop money laundering.
Of course to have a crypto in the first place you need to have fiat first and now if your fiat cash is a black or corrupt money of course your crypto assets will be corrupt too but if you have legal money and you convert it into crypto assets then your crypto is legal too.

So we should fix our financial system first, if we fix this money laundering in crypto will not happen. Same applies to terrorism its just a speculation, there are no proofs that Cyrpto/Bitcoin is funding terrorism.

Now whether it's easy to track or not... I guess this is the most easiest part... We have seen in US FBI have recovered stolen Bitcoin and seized funds worth millions of dollars in bitcoins, not only one time but now this happening quite often... so we can't say that it's not possible to track crypto transactions. It is very much possible.

Yes on the anonymity part you might be right to some extent but once you try to convert you crypto to fiat you know how easy it will be to link your so called "anonymous crypto wallet" to your passport, Goverment id, your selfie, your mobile number or whatever garbage we have been upload to these exchanges.

So to stay anonyms, don't convert your "stolen" cryptos to fait just kidding.
