In this match Islamabad United won by 29 runs against Peshawar Zalmi. Peshawar Zalmi only manage to score 167 runs in a loss of 9 wickets and lost the match. The Player of the Match is Shadab Khan from Islamabad umi for his all-around batting and bowling performance first they picked 3 important wickets by giving 41 runs. Shadab Khan batting performance is brilliant scored an 80 runs inning in just 51, but he didn't complete a well-deserved century by 20 runs short.

Peshawar Zalmi lost the match, but they made a good recovery after getting reduced to 18/5. Naseem Shah had an unbelievable opening spell of 2-1-1-1(picked the wicket of Saim Ayub). Babar Azam, as usual ran himself out and then Hunain Shah got two wickets in his first over. Fortunately for Zalmi, Paul Walter and Aamer Jamal managed to put some runs and got them to 125/5 before Walter got out. Jamal kept on fighting, before he was nabbed by Shadab Khan. Once Jamal was out, it was all over for the Zalmi.

Good thing for IU is that they have got important wickets of Saim Ayub and Babar Azam. Peshawar Zalmi have lost 4 wickets and haven't completed 6 overs. After this performance, he said 'I got a lot of confidence from this performance, now I hope that in the all match UAE selects me to play, I have been trying to become a permanent player of UAE for the last 5 years but now I hope it will true.''

However, he is not the only player who led the team to win, Rizwan also played very well and this partnership between Rizwan and Usman Khan was very good because Khusdil Shah and Iftikhar Ahmed both could not make runs at yesterday night in Karachi.

In yesterday's exciting match, Rizwan played very well, he made a half-century in fewer balls and his performance was also very good. Everyone supported Peshawar Zalmi thinking that Peshawar Zalmi is a strong team in today's match but in reality Islamabad United can win today's match.
I have backed Peshawar Zalmi in prediction today but realistically Islamabad United will score a fighting score against Peshawar Zalmi based on the amount of runs they have scored so far in today's match.
Islamabad United collected 174 runs after losing four wickets after 18 overs. Islamabad United will get two more overs to bat where if they can aggressively deal with 12 balls then the score will go above 200 runs where it will be difficult for Peshawar Zalmi to fill up the target for now.

This game of Pakistan Super league is continuing in pitch between Peshawar Zalmi team and Islamabad United team and Peshawar Zalmi team won toss and this team got a chance to select first bat or bowl in pitch and Peshawar Zalmi team take a bowling chance first. Both these teams played equal amount of games but Peshawar Zalmi team lead by one game from Islamabad United team anf also lead by 2 points. Islamabad United team scored 54 runs in 6.4 overs by losing 2 wickets and their efforts is going good and also scored good runs. Alex Hales showed very poor effort in this game because he dismissed of 0 run and C.Munro made 15 runs in 9 balls with one 4s and one 6s. S.Khan and A.Salman both are batting in pitch and A.Salman scored 16 runs in 16 balls and S.Khan scored 24 runs in 17 balls. After seeing Islamabad United team it is difficult to say who will win game

What a win by MS and this man Usman Khan is such a great player. Usman Khan is currently playing for the UAE team and he is consistently rejected from the Pakistan international team than tried his luck in UAE after disheartening by Pakistan cricket and its management ignoring him for 2 years and in that 2 years he is performing in domestic consistently.
His consistent performance at PSL is a clear Slap on the face of management.
Happy for this Kid may he see a lot of success in his career.

Multan Sultans have managed to win the most number of cricket matches in this Pakistan Premier League season they have already played six matches out of which they have won five matches. Multan Sultan team faced Karachi Kings team in the first match of this year's Pakistan Premier League and they won the match by 55 runs. Today they are facing Karachi Kings in their seventh match today will they be able to win like the first match.

Although the matches was not played in Rawalpindi yesterday, today we hope to play the 19th match at National Stadium, Karachi. Today's match is a match between the top team in the points table and the fifth placed team in the points table. Multan Sultans are favorites going into today's match as they have lost just one out of six games in the tournament so far. Multan Sultan batsmen especially Reeza Hendricks, Mohammad Rizwan are in great form. Karachi Kings have good batsmen but I don't think they can build much advantage against Multan Sultans. I hope Multan Sultans are going to win today's match.

Anyway coming back to the PSL, at the first match, on to the start of the match ground could not be dry early then they made a full pitch to the end of the boundary from one corner but after this again rain started, and this thing destroyed both the matches just we had in Colombo Stadium as mentioned above.

Today match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans was very interesting and Multan is the favorite to win it because Multan Sultans is a very strong team in this Pakistan Super League session 2024 they played 6 matches so far and have won 5 matches with 10 points top of the group. While Karachi Kings 5 matches won 2 matches and lost three matches this PSL with only 4 points and 5th position in the point table. Karachi Kings must win this match if they qualify for the Super Four of PSL.

The first match did not happen but after that, we had thought that at least we would see the second match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators but the weather of Rawalpindi was too harsh, and still their weather was not clear. During the day, the weather is like a midnight.

Yesterday was the worst day for the audience as it was for PSL. Both matches had been cancelled and by chance in this PSL for the first time, two matches were on the same ground, and on that day, the rain had been winning instead of Lahore Qalandars or Peshawar Zalmi and in the second match, Quetta Gladiators or Islamabad United.

After some time, back-to-back umpires took a round of the field but the field was not dry and again rain had started which was too strong that rain surely would not stop early and these things can be a cause of the no match yesterday at Rawalpindi stadium. The first day at Rawalpindi Stadium had not been great.

Anyways, today is the new day where we have Sunday and let's see will at this Sunday what happens at Karachi Stadium, Most of the time, Karachi Stadium is always empty but this is a time when there is a holiday so let's hope that Karachi people will come to support their home team.

I think as their crowd came more than come to see Pat Cummins, when Pat Cummins go back to their home country from India after taking World Cup so at the airport just max to max 5 people came to see him and I think at Karachi stadium just 3 or 4 persons will come to see that would also include staff & security people.

After a complete day washout, every team shared a point today the weather is very clear sun is out and you should call it a sunny day in Rawalpindi.
KK hit a setback with Big Man Pollard who left his team to attend an Indian business tycoon sons marriage and at the same time KK is struggling to win matches.
MS always showed a great show in PSL whether it is Season 8 or 9 and they are up to mark in every department. I think MS easily beat KK today.
