Tomorrow is the day which finally comes after such a long wait and tomorrow's match is going to be played at Karachi National Cricket Stadium and also that is the match of Peshawar Zalmi vs Multan Sultans.

After the yesterday's match, the playoff matches have been decided. The first match is tomorrow and the second match will be held at the day after tomorrow and both matches are hosted by Karachi.

Now just hope that we will see the crowd and people coming to watch. In the starting matches, we did not see much crowd but in the last two or three matches hosted by Karachi, there was a crowd but was also seen half fill stadium and if that type of crowd came in playoffs matches then it would be the most worst final ever even more than Covid matches where no crowd came and make noises by using artifices recording.

Not to mention that it is the holy month of Ramadan and therefore people will be more busy in prayers, rather than getting time to go to the stadium to watch the matches live.

I expected Multan Sultans to set a target of more than 180, the team managed to set a target of 186 runs. It was a good enough target on this pitch.
But the batting of Quetta Gladiators' batsmen surprised me a lot. Quetta Gladiators have one of the strongest batting order in PSL this year. The batsmen of Quetta Gladiators batted very badly in this match. And it was Quetta Gladiators biggest ignominious defeat. A few days ago Quetta Gladiators team lost by 76 runs against Peshwar Zalmi.

In the last match Multan Sultans and Quetta gladiators faced each other and it seemed that the match was going to be full of competition but in reality just the opposite happened. Quetta gladiators were bowled out for just 106 runs in one of the worst performances in the high-voltage matches of this year's Pakistan Super League. A massive 79-run defeat of 106 all out against a target of 185 runs could affect this eliminator match for Quetta Gladiators and a similar performance in the eliminator match against Islamabad United will have no chance of making it to the finals.

There's no doubt Mohammad Rizwan have give his best to this match. But have you noticed Johnson Charles? I like how he played in this match. Making 53 runs from 29 balls, wasn't also easy enough and his team get benefited from his half century IMO. And at the end, Iftikhar Ahmed made 20 runs from 8 balls which also helped Multan Sultans team to made good amount of 185-4 runs. Quetta Gladiators didn't bowl werll along with batting. Besides Multan Sultans also did great in balling too. Stopping Quetta Gladiators within 106 runs, was big thing where Usama Mir and David Willey got 3 wickets each.

Multan Sultan's two batsmen Mohammad Rizwan and Usman Khan are batting well today. Rizwan is batting well in almost every match. At the end of 8 overs Multan Sultans managed to collect 59 runs losing 1 wicket. Rizwan scored 25 runs from 19 balls and Usman Khan remained unbeaten with 20 runs from 18 balls.

Multan's batsmen are averaging around 7.3 runs per over. It cannot be called a good collection. But if Rizwan and Usman stay at the crease I think Multan team will set a descent target of 180+ today. I think the main reason was, he needed 141 runs more to become the player who hit more runs than all in a season and now just 2 or 3 matches were left to make 141 runs and Babar Azam was in the mood to hit the best runs yesterday that allows him to achieve it easily but now he needs to play very well in the Semi-final. If he made 70 runs in a match and qualified for the final and again made 70 runs so he can chase this record of his own.

Baber Azam continues to make another 50 and how many times we have seen him in International matches and the league matches where he stood for his team and made sure the team won the matches.

Anwar Ali played so well in the end and almost won the game for KK by scoring 13 runs in five balls of last over. Four runs were required on last ball and Irfan Khan who was well set on the crease wasn't able to hit a boundary for his side. Even if KK wins yesterday game they won't be able to play the next round since four teams have already booked there spot that. Anyways its fun to watch exciting games in PSL.
