In Peshawar Zalmi vs Lahore Qalandars, 23rd Match, Lahore Qalandars is getting very difficult to win. Because to chase 207 runs, it was necessary to reduce the pressure of runs from the power play. But Lahore Qalandars failed to do that. They scored only 22 runs in the first 6 overs and also lost 4 wickets. If they could have presented a normal game, they might have been able to score a good one. They lost this match on the power play. But it is still possible to bring back the match if some one stay in the pitch and be aggressive.

long determination and hardwork pay off and they finally become victorious after too much defeats. No doubt game were out of hands for Quetta but with the help of Martin Guptill and captain sarfaraz some how they manage to chase this target. Quetta win this match but it can't help them to move to the next round because it's too late they are almost out of the tournament but they can qualify if Peshawer Zalmi lose his all remaining matches which look impossible but anyway anything can happen lets focus on next upcoming match.

An amazing win for the Quetta in this useless match because they are already eliminated from the top four and have no chance to go into playoffs but they still play with their full heart and win this match from nowhere because while I was watching match, and they have 63/5 after ten overs and their all inform batsmen back to pavilion I stopped watching this match and have changed the channel for other interesting program but here Guptill was at his best, and he has good partnership with his captain Sarfraz which was amazing because these both bring back Quetta into match specially Guptill was in aggressive mood with 86 from 56 balls with the help of 4 sixes change the game momentum for the Quetta, and they have second win of this season which is now heading for the end in next few days.

Sacrifices like this happen at times in cricket, especially when Sarfraz Ahmed was run out just as Martin Guptill and Sarfaraz Ahmed were batting as Quetta Gladiators picked up their second win against Karachi Kings in Match 8 yesterday. Had that run out been Guptill's then it would not have been possible for Quetta Gladiators to pull off their second win tomorrow. However, Martin Guptill did not get many strikes towards the end but his impeccable innings of 86 runs was indeed enough to clinch the victory. But Quetta Gladiators have two more matches in front of them and if they can win both the matches then it is only a matter of time if they have a chance to cross the knock out stage. But securing their knockout stage proved to be a tough task.

Quetta has been the disappointment of this season. Before yesterday's win against Karachi Kings, they had just 2 points from 7 matches (i.e one win). Karachi Kings are in a similar situation. So far they had just two wins from nine matches. The good news for Quetta is that Martin Guptill is finally back in form. Before the match against Kings, he had made a total of 166 runs in 6 matches. Take away the 117 he made against Kings, and his batting average would be in single digits. Now he has a decent average (252 runs from 7 matches).

They are well balanced team but some how they make some mistakes which become cause of Thier defeat. Yeah, there were more the balanced but unlucky in this season and not able to perform as they have quality players which is surely sad news for them and their fans many times in this season we have good performance from them but sadly as unit they were completely failed to take advantage of this situation and lost matches which was surely due to bad luck even their few players were good, and their performance was also impressive now hopefully they will do some positive changes in next season and try to have better performance because Sarfraz Ahmad is good captain and have still time to perform better in PSL9.

Their win in last match against Karachi is surely good news even they are already eliminated from the play-offs for this season, but their attitude is positive and with this hopefully they will be better.

Yesterday during the match between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators, the top scorers for both the teams were Adam Rossington and Martin Guptill respectively. Out of the 10 top run scorers this season, 5 are overseas players. And Colin Munro and Sikandar Raza are the two players with the best strike rate. Bowling is more dominated by the locals, with Ihsanullah, Abbas Afridi and Shaheen Shah Afridi being the top wicket takers.

Karachi Kings Vs Lahore Qalandars

There is no other way for Karachi Kings, they are eliminated from the Knock out phase. They have only one more match left, with Lahore Qalandars winning the match would be of no use. The other team Quetta Gladiators is almost on the way out of the knockout stage, they have two more matches left, if they win these two matches they will have 8 points. If Peshawar Zalmi doesn't win a match next time then they have chances but such statistics are unrealistic.

At the end of the match, I saw the expression of Waseem Akram as he was looking too sad. Muhammad Aamir was showing his frustration on the overall fielding performance of the team. Karachi king team needs to revamp themselves for the next year's PSL.

Small mistakes made at some instance have made the team loss the match. Much expected team disappoints and the same hurts the important persons associated with the team. We can't say the team hadn't performed well, because from the very first match it had played good cricket but they weren't able to make it a winning match for them. Some changes need to be done and the same could help in making a comeback.

Quetta Gladiators vs Karachi Kings, 22nd Match is getting very exciting. Quetta Gladiators managed to score 135 runs for 5 wickets in 17.3 overs against Karachi Kings' target of 164 runs. Now 31 runs needed from 16 balls to win. This can be a somewhat difficult though it is simple equation. If batsmen gets 2 boundaries then the match can easily turn into a win. But 4 balls is very important for both teams. However, it is normal that the batsmen will play a bit aggressively this time. So the pressure will be more on the bowlers.
