Sad to hear that Islamabad United failed to chase down the target and lost the match. Their batting line up seemed to struggle to form partnerships and keep wickets in hand which ultimately led to their downfall. As for Asif Ali and Hasan Ali it is good to hear that they managed to add some runs to the total but it is true that the pressure to score winning runs can be quite high and difficult to handle. Especially if there is not much support and Islamabad United could not even chase half the target. On the other hand it is good news for Lahore Qalandars that they managed to secure the win and maintain their position in the table. Lahore Qalandars' batting was very out class especially Fakhar Zaman's batting was excellent he scored 115 runs off 57 balls. These two are very young bowlers and if the management can groom them well, then they will be able to provide good support for Shaheen Shah Afridi. Pakistan needs world class bowling triad, similar to the time when they had Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis and Shoaib Akhtar. Back then, they were almost invincible. In case of Hasnain, I can understand. He has struggled ever since he changed his bowling action. The PCB needs to help him with his rehabilitation. Such a promising talent should not be wasted.
I would say its very difficult to perform with new action. We saw Saeed Ajmal career was over once he was reported. Lets wait for few more months and see whether Hasnain can do well with his new action or not. Shaheen Shahn is getting good support from Haris Rauf at the moment and it will be good if Naseem and Hasnain join pace attack army. Yesterday match was horrible for all bowlers not only for Hasnain.

While Jason roy inning is the second highest run in entire Asia international and domestic matches, and it's also 4th rank score in entire international t20 cricket. I couldn't watch the matches. How was the crowd response? In a few months time, PCB will be organizing the WPSL in Pakistan. I am doubtful whether the tournament will get enough support from the fans, because in general women's sports is not taken as priority in that country. WPSL is the brainchild of Rameez Raja, and he put so much effort in to organizing this tournament. I don't know how much the new PCB management supports the WPSL, but my advice to them should be to look at the long term benefits of this tournament rather than focusing on the one-time expenses.
Crowd response is not positive with financial trouble and political unrest is also having big issues right now as you can watch on Twitter how things are going in Lahore as I have feeling if this is not going to settle then surely they have to shift last few matches in Karachi or out of Pakistan because internal trouble is going high day by day which is surely not positive for the game and other business related things and about WPSL most chances this is not going to be organized in near future maybe we will have this in 2024 or 2025 but not in this year because many factors are having around this.I can give you just example like today was Women's Day so here for the Women's March they have tough rule and stop many roads and other procedures which is really unusual so how can you expect this league is going to happen under these conditions for more updates wait and watch.

Now Quetta need another victory against Multan with high run rate and Peshawer should lose against Multan then trough run rate may be Quetta quality. What an amazing match we have few minutes ago in Rawalpindi between Quetta vs Peshawar I was never expecting entertainment like this with first Babar and Saim done amazing stuff and having target like this 240 was absolutely impressive with mostly peoples were feeling this match is going to be ended one-sided for the Peshawar, but today we have Jason Roy at his best and this inning will be remembered for years he completely copies of performance like Liverpool vs Manchester United nothing positive for the Peshawar in their bowling spell and Roy and veteran Hafeez completely ruin their day and this season with their aggressive hitting with this win now Quetta's hopes alive for the playoffs even not too much but still they are in this event and have fair chance for the qualification and Peshawar surely going to face heat in their coming matches.Now Quetta having their next encounter against struggling Multan and Peshawar is going to face Multan and Islamabad which is going to be tough challenge for both teams.

However, as you mentioned that the chances of Quetta Gladiator qualifying for the next match are slim, it seems unlikely given the scenario you described and it is only possible if they play against Multan Sultans how the same performance as seen in this match۔
Peshawar Zalmi gave a massive 240 runs target which would be impossible to chase for any team. Babar Azam scored 115 runs in only 65 runs while Saim Ayub scored 74 runs. The opening partnership between them was for 162 runs. What is more interesting that Peshawar Zalmi lost only two wickets during this process of scoring 240 runs.

What an exciting game of cricket going on at the moment. Quetta Gladiators at there best. Peshawar Zalmi have given a target of 240 runs and in reply Quetta Gladiators have scored 146 runs in just 11 over. The game is very much ON Quetta Gladiators..Jason Roy has scored 92 runs on just 42 balls and he must stay there till end for Quetta to win this contest. If Quetta win today then there is slight chance of them making to next round but still they are giving there best.
I really can't believe what i saw today. Jason Roy played an even better inning than Baber Azam and took Quetta Gladiators home. This means the chances of making Quetta Gladiators to the playoffs is still not over. Jason Roy scored 145 runs in only 63 balls and he single handily took Quetta to the winning score.
But believe me, this is close to impossible what we say today.

They were looking very strong, holding their position and winning matches and dominating, and then, all of a sudden, they lost 3 consecutive matches, and Islamabad United has taken the second position sending Multan from 2nd to 3rd.Both Multan Sultans and Islamabad United have two matches left, and it'll be interesting to see who will be among the top two to secure a chance for themselves to still quality for the final even if they lose their first match.
