I think Multan Sultans are a much stronger team and I am not too optimistic that Quetta Gladiators can win with them. As Quetta Gladiators are batting first and have already completed 7 overs, they can target Multan Sultans by 90-100 runs. I am not absolutely sure on this but just a prediction. Finally multan got sunsational victory by just losing single wicket against the giant team Quetta, from start of the match Multan totally dominate them through his speed gun ihsanullah who got 5 wicket in 4 overs by just giving 12 runs with the economy of just 3.0, but during chase the Multan power hitter Rilee Rossouw score 78runs by hitting 9 boundaries and 3 sixes with a strike rate of 185 which confirm the multan Victory while still 39 balls are remaining. Hope this young pacer will take his place in national team sooner

Quetta are really in big trouble they can't handel the pressure and lose his fifth wicket , one of his biggest six gun which were in form name iftikhar has been dismissed in his first ball by golden egg. All of his main batter like j.roy , guptill , and captain surfaraz Ahmad are already dismissed now the best thing for Quetta is to just hold wickets in hands and build a partnership in order to absorb the pressure , at the end hatsoff to the young speed gun ihsanullah who take early on wicket and don't let the Quetta to settle and score big.

This time, 16 runs were needed from the final over (in the first match it was 15 runs from 1 over) and Khurram Shahzad was given the responsibility of defending the target. Imad Wasim and Ben Cutting tried their best, but Shahzad's yorkers proved to be too difficult to get away. BTW, the last ball was hit for a six by Imad Wasim.
Karachi Kings were 46/4 in 6.1 overs and I predicted that the game is over for karachi but they fought till the last ball. It was Khurram Shahzad debut and he was very expensive in his 4 over spell giving 47 runs but main thing is he bowled 2 no balls in final crucial over. Imad wasim batting was best in that game but unfortunately he wasn't able to take kigns to Victory.
What to expect in today's game? Victory by 3 runs ?
Every match of PSL is full of excitement. In the first match we saw Multan Sultans defeated by Lahore Qalandars by just one run followed by Peshawar Zalmi beating Karachi Kings by two runs in the second match of PSL. Those watching the game sitting in front of the TV may have been excited to see who will win or who will lose. Such a match is really admirable.

I was unfortunate to miss the first two matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Later was totally surprised to see the score card from Cricbuzz. In the first match Lahore Qalandar won by just one run and in the second match Peshawar Zalmi won by just 2 runs. However, it will not be possible to write any comments from all these matches without watching the complete game.

In today's match, Karachi Kings lost despite a very good performance. Karachi Kings lost 4 wickets in 7 overs resulting in a huge impact on the match for Karachi Kings. But Imad Wasim and Shaoib Malik gave Karachi Kings a crucial innings but unfortunately the turning point of the game came in Wahab Riaz's 19th over. Just when Karachi Kings needed 24 runs from 12 balls, Wahab Riaz came in to bowl and took the crucial wicket of Shoaib Malik in 18.2 overs. Wahab Riaz gave only 8 runs in the 19th over, moreover Wahab Riaz's 18.6th ball was a no ball but Ben Cutting could not collect any runs from that ball which played a very important role in defeating Karachi Kings in this match. Coming to the last over of the innings Karachi Kings needed 16 runs from 6 balls but in the first 5 balls Karachi Kings 1,1,1N,1,1 could not use it despite getting a free hit which is another important reason for the defeat of Karachi Kings. However, we expect Karachi Kings to perform better in their next matches. Finally Peshawer Zalmi win the match under Baber Azam captaincy and proved that he has ability to lead any team and also shut the mouth of all haters. Peshawer Zalmi score a huge target by the help of king Baber and the six machines Tom Kohler-Cadmore, after dismissal of two quick wicket they both take responsibility and build a big target. But from Karachi after dismissal of starting 3 wicket I taught they almost lose it but hatsoff to Malik and imad who take the inning long and score a big bunch of runs but unfortunately they didn't finish it.
Karachi Kings played very good specially imad wasim and sohaib Akhtar they played an exceptional innings and brought match to this point but unfortunately lost the match by 2 runs Peshawar zalmi was tremendous and they bat and ball extremely good that's why they won the match .
80 from 47 balls were the best from captain Imad Wasim but in last over fail to hit required runs and for the first win of this season Khurram Shahzad who was playing his first match done good job in last over and have won for the Peshawar Zalmi after heroics inning from English man T Kohler-Cadmore who smashed 92 runs on just 50 balls and help his team for having target like 199 in this second match of this season.

Now there is debate going on in the country after Muhammad amir remarks that "Bowling to Babar Azam or tailender is same for me". After this statement Muhammad amir gave away 42 runs in his 4 overs and wasn't able to pick even a single wicket. While Babar Azam scored 68 runs on 46 balls. Amir must refrain himself for giving such remarks and should focus more on his bowling as economy of 10.5 tells lot about your performance.
Missed the opening match of the Pakistan Super League 2023, because I was travelling. Later watched the highlights. This time the competition has started with a bang. You can't have anything better for inaugural match. It went down right to the wire, with the Qalandars winning by just one run in the end. 15 from the last over is going to be tough, especially when a talented player like Zaman Khan is bowling. Khushdil Shah did his best, but the outcome was clear when Kieron Pollard in the second ball of the over. Hussain Talat at deep midwicket fielded the ball really well and the moment Pollard found himself short of crease, it was all over for the Sultans.
Honestly nobody was expecting such colorful opening ceremony aimed financial crisis in the country. Good job done by PCB administration for making it worth watching. Also there are adequate number of foreign players involved in PSL 8.

Today a Kings knock by Tom Kohler-Cadmore, 92 runs on just 50 balls. Karachi Kings not having ideal start of there PSL as they have lost 4 wickets in 10 overs and still 120 runs required.
