Dev, could you give me 1,000,000 PND? Grin I would help to promote your project, however, burning 100,000 PND per day does not guarantee intrinsic value to your currency! What is the roadmap?
Let us know how you can help, it certainly seems there are Pandacoin rewards available for helping.   We have been setting up Digital Pandacoin Vote pages and can easily create more customized versions.        http://cryptodepot.org/voting-booth/   Let us know if you have a good idea for a vote Page, votes use Pandacoin donations to our faucets mainly so far to gauge interest levels on various ideas we should pursue. For individuals that would like to participate in a rewards from community members, we could start setting up special pages using their Pandacoin address so they can recieve rewards easily from anyone.   The process is not fully automated but consider being an early participant and create a Pandacoin adresss and register here http://tests.cryptodepot.org:3003/ we can then send you an email invite to our Slack https://pandacoinpnd.slack.com and or you can join our irc #DigitalPandacoin.
I think we should vote on whether we should start a new thread with updated links.  Grin

Jommy, thanks for fixing the links on the website. Coinmarketcap has fixed the links on their site as well. Took em a few days but they're not dead links now.  Smiley

It'd be nice.
I can't believe it. Still alive and on the rise. Had to use Jommy's great PandBank instructions when my old version failed into oblivion. I somehow figured out how to get the new bank going. I wrote notes about how to do it years ago when I hit the wall, but they weren't nearly complete. Jommy, you have always been the go-to-guy and Mr. Pandacoin himself, never wavering on what might be. I'd all but given up hope. Obviously, not anymore. Thanks, J99.

Excited to be apart of the resurrection of Pandacoin! Where do we go from here Pandaman?

New branding? I was never a fan of the gaudy gold and silver logo.

I was just starting to learn to draw and use photoshop when this coin became a thing. Now I am actually somewhat competent at it. Looking forward to contributing.

http://imgur.com/a/Yn9Zv I have a line art oriented style, but I'm OK at color rendering too. Just a quick preview of what I can do. I don't do much digital, cause digital is kind of unenjoyable, but I can if it would help the cause!
Nice art! You are talented, we would be happy to entertain ideas and quality art is a big plus to have Smiley
Was thinking it would be nice to consider having wallet skins, just brainstorming some on letting individuals choose the look for there PandaBank from a number of nice skins.

Fpsacha, switch to classic mode you are not syncing to the network and we may have a problem in some cases with hybrid mode.  Always have a backup of your wallet.dat and keep a copy off of your pc somewhere safe like on a USB drive just in case you ever need to recover your wallet from scratch.   If you don't want to wait for a re-sync in classic mode there are a few ways to get a fully synced PandaBank faster.

We now have an installer that will install PandaBank and the full blockchain http://dev.digitalpandacoin.org/index.php/download-2/
You should have a Backup of your wallet.dat and rename or remove you Pandacoin data folder before installing.  Then after installing the PandaBank you run it to get a fresh new installation, it will show a zero balance so you have to exit and copy your backed up wallet.dat and overwrite the empty new one.  When you start PandaBank this time it should do a -rescan and show your balance if you use the shortcut it creates it uses -clientmode=full to be sure you are in classic mode.

We recommend Classic mode currently for the most stable results and for stake mining, we do expect to have another updated PandaBank version out soon and will have updates every 2-3 mos as we carefully enhance and improve it.

Another way is to download a blockchain snapshot, see https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Forum/Thread/1349

Just finished syncing. mfw i have 30 millions pnd more than i though. HA !

I have a get together at my home coming weekend. Expecting 20-25 to show up. I will be doing word of mouth to all of them and will gift few PND's as a return gift and will ask to join PND and Jommy. I don't expect 100% result, however even if 5 joins they will introduce another 25. Let the chain of good PND begin.

Most of broken links are working on website http://dev.digitalpandacoin.org/ and should be enough for now. Thanks to Jommy.

PND to 1000 SAT's. Go PND go.

I guess I was more of a prophet than i believed myself. We have 1 sat buyorders on yobit https://yobit.net/en/trade/PND/BTC and bitcoin thailand https://bx.in.th/BTC/PND/.
Maybe somebody wants to ask the guys over at Cryptopia to add a BTC market for PND https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=PND_LTC

Maybe the new holders of Pandacoin will actually do something with it and actually bring worth to the network and not just the coin.

Im so happy. I gave away Pandacoin to friends and family and now thats actually gonna be worth something maybe. A Win for Pandacoin and crypto as a whole. Cheesy

If you are new to this coin be patient with buying I can imagine a lot will be dumped at 1 sat. I hope Smiley

Cheers

Is this the same PandaCoin that the user wolong was on ?
no

What panda is this then and how many PandaCoins are there that exist ?

There is only our surviving Digital Pandacoin PND, there were others at one time but they no longer exist.
You can check the supply (currently at 32,937  M PND) and get other statistics from our main block explorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pnd/

I fired up my Pandacoin wallet after almost 18 months and surprisingly got 25 active connection for wallet to sync. POS is working as expected. Isn't this great and continued development Jommy being doing? Yes it is.

I am one of the early adopter of PND and will continue to hold and support network by staking and securing network.

1 SAT is unfair rate and doesn't do justice to PND. What I believe PND should have been 1000 SAT by now. Don't worry we will soon see PND rising.

Would be nice. i could retire hahaha.

i can give a few millions PND to someone who does something big for PND.

This is a great buy for speculators. In the current buying frenzy we might soon see 1sat buyorders. If you count ltc/doge markets on cryptopia it already happened.

Developments can happen fast, the fundamentals seem kinda solid as far as i can tell, theres dead links, inactive devs but network and wallet work there's a few invested parties(mostly jommy?), a small not very active community and a very very low price.

Does anybody have experience trading on yobit or bitcoin thailand? I like cryptopia but there is no pnd/btc market (yet?) and very little volume.

Thanks Jommy for keeping pandacoin alive.

Sorry for the website not being in better shape, I have gone back through and fixed quite a bit today and will continue to make it a good place to keep up to date on what we are accomplishing.  Thank you all for your help and feedback!
