Pandemic has indeed changed the mindset of a person to demand more innovation, in order to maintain their life. And this is very positive for human development itself. Someone will be better prepared when facing difficult times. And we’re all used to this pandemic. We live our lives in a new normal by utilizing digital technology as adoption in all activities, including enforced in the job industry. This seems more practical because it can help facilitate in business activities or daily activities, without having to be afraid of getting infected with the virus.

Masks are starting to be enforced in stores, and people are getting really salty.

Not sure what is wrong with wearing a mask though. You can still breathe properly with it and it protects you from the virus . I watch an interview about this, one of those people claimed that he didnt need to wear a mask because he believe in Jesus.

The interview then said that you will still need to wear a seatbelt even if you believe in Jesus and would never cross a road with your eyes closed even if you do believe in jesus. The man totally had a salty smile and leaved the interviewer, classic .

The good news is that the vaccine is being manufactured and distributed (last I heard in the UK), so hopefully that will ease people's fears.

China vaccine made bigger progress compared with other vaccine and are 86 % effective so far but there are only few details that is being provided regarding the vaccine. Thats the sole reason that made most country kinda skeptical about this.

back to normal!! It is true.. In my country, COVID-19 is not even feared anymore, many people even say "does Covid-19 exist?".  Many citizens are no longer wearing masks and government enforcement of health protocols is loosening..

Thats happening all around the world even in US. Unless vaccine is developed, there will be no end to this

In the last century the economic potential of the world has steadily increased, through two world wars and dozens of recessions, business has persevered and grown ever larger. Based on that history it is clear that we will get past Covid and the economy will continue the march upwards. Eventually there will be a tipping point where we either run out of resources or the global population starts to tilt downwards, but that seems quite a long way off at the moment. There is a lot of cheap money sloshing around at the moment, which is flooding into assets like Bitcoin.

It's nice to see some positive way of thinking, for change...change.... "The only constant in life is change"-Heraclitus

We have seen a lot of companies changing procedures and implementing more radical ways of doing their work.

Just to add that in some way they/we were forced to make some radical changes! Not just companies, people too! We need to adapt to new circumstances and continue with life, we all know what can happen otherwise!

Have you seen any changes in your working environment like these?

Well I definitely don't see any changes around me, but I see them around the world! And one day that will come here, sooner or later, we (my country, city..) are always late when it comes to new technologies and their adoption!

I figured we'd be almost back to normal life by now, but in the US at least it looks like everyone is freaking out even more about COVID-19.  There have been several local businesses that have closed for days--and for unknown reasons.  Masks are starting to be enforced in stores, and people are getting really salty.

We can discuss what is "normal life". Many people never had a normal life! All this is just a new bad thing on the list, and you ask yourself what else can go wrong... but as always in the end you either adapt and survive or perish (mentally and physically).

Whatever the pandemic brings, I'm just hoping there's an end to it soon.  No country can afford to keep locking businesses down; it'll cripple any economy, and fast.  The good news is that the vaccine is being manufactured and distributed (last I heard in the UK), so hopefully that will ease people's fears.  Long live bitcoin, death to COVID-19!!
the news about vaccines is a very hot topic at the moment.  hopefully, it won't have long-term side effects on the human body..

We have seen a lot of companies changing procedures and implementing more radical ways of doing their work.
Businesses have adopted new processes and technologies—and there are signs that they may pay off in the future. The pandemic and COVID-19 era could give a rapid productivity growth after the vaccination of the global population is going to end or reach a significant percentage.

Remote working and new systems that help companies being better organized are what businesses struggled a lot to adopt in the beginning of the pandemic. Now this kind of investment is going to pay off.

My company made a huge investment in adopting systems such as remote meeting places, cloud systems that help organizing documents and a way of eliminating paperwork... I believe that this is going to increase the productivity of the employees especially if those go back to work.

Have you seen any changes in your working environment like these?
