The best thing to do today is just to hold your coin in order to avoid losing a huge amount of profit since the market price is decreasing, but eventually the price will still grow because most of the traders knew that dumping of prices is not a bad thing but it allows other people to have a chance to invest while the price is decreasing like today.
In my opinion, it is better to hold if you know that the coins is increasing more because you will have more profits this coins and you will achieved your desired value to your coins. There is no perfect time to cash out your coins, you will able to know that if you have already a big profits on it then you will have a big money if you trade it already. Just dont be greedy to much in this trading because to much greedy can cause you bad things.
