yes, it will rise soon. Usually after the falling market, there will be a rising market in near time. Just patience to wait, never follow your emotion.

As for me, there will be a panic selling if the said tokens they hold will be down their price.
Panic is a good timing for all those investors who wants to buy low price with many supplies

I don't really practice to buy low/sell high concept when it comes to Crypto/Fiat

I only do it with the xxx/BTC or xxx/ETH pairing. Cashing out and buying back in is way too annoying for me especially that Crypto is not regulated in my country and it is set as a grey area because most people here doesn't had access to tech information. Hence, it might be kinda a trouble if one day they decide to ban off crypto and declare my earning as "Illegal"

If you want to take a risk, may be hold is better. but for someone who can technical analysis, its good too make another chance to see how deep price to buy back.

conclusion, panic sell is good chance to buy more coin/token, but you need to learn TA first.

I think we should try to make the bitcoin price rise again not to abuse the market price in the recent time. Well for now the price i think is still normal not drops too much I'd like to buy some btc again and wait until the end of this year beacuse we know crypto world is geting more popular and btc price will rise in this year like before

Panic sell can have an serious impact in lowering prices of most crypto coins. For wise and experienced investors it could be a great opportunity to purchase cheap coins and wait for good profits in future.
