Do not panic sell,why? because panic selling is not good, you will only lost your money investment and also your profit. If i am you i will hold my coins until it get back to its original price and then sell it. So that i will get back my money and will not lost it.

I think it is time the crypto community opens their eyes: our crypto market is ruined.

There is no feasible way for it to recover now.
