no panic selling can be a good thing but a loss because when the price of a coin drops and you panic selling you are sure that your losses because selling your coin to a low cost is better if you hold it first at its price increase before you sell so your income will be greater.
If you sell to average down your buy rate than it's fine but it's a big no if you sell because of panic. I personally prefer to buy more when the price is low than selling mine. It's much better to split your capital in case the price keeps dropping so you can invest more instead of selling yours.
