panic sell is not a good thing, it's just a big loss in getting profit. I see if this position currently only benefits large investors, they can get low prices and that is the beginning of losses for participants who always panic sell
Panic sell will result in regret in the future but to those who wait and patience enough will be happy there is no point in panic selling because of the market situation it's has happened in the past

I have been engaged in crypto currencies for a long time and have already lost large sums of money earlier because of my not very reasonable behavior, so now I have some immunity to such strong market fluctuations. Now when I see that the price of my investments has dropped several times, I just understand that I will need to wait a little more time than I expected and nothing more bothers me in such situations.

It is never a good idea to sell your tokens during panic selling. Holders are those who get a lot of money, they are those who are able to accumulate huge profits. If you really want to make it in the crypt world, then holding is key.
Panic selling was also good. If you still have coins that has a big value I advice to sell it immediately while the market was still unstable. Because a good buy back opportunity still awaits. You can just buy back the coins you want at a lower price.
I do not see any benefit from the panic sales for those who sell in a panic. But I see benefits for the crypto market and for those who buy in moments of general panic. personally I didn't agree to sell my amount in low market. I am waiting for market up. I believe that once time market goes to up. so that this time no need to sell,I not panicked actually.
Now you should not sell your coins because basically everyone has lost about 70% of their deposit, and if you sell, there will be no point in this, it is better to invest in altcoins or wait for the price increase and reinvest.

The market is being manipulated, so we should not give up and can simply continue to wait for the recovery and growth of the market. Do not panic.
All the people who have cryptocurrency are waiting for recovery of market. Even the bounty hunter also waiting for that moment and I do believe that as long we wait more time we can see more growth of market. 
Get involved in a better life or hobby. Take a vacation, the main thing is distract. Time will come and growth in the market will begin again, but you will have healthy nerves and you will expand your horizons. There should be no emotion in investments. I do not understand people who throw a panic, there is no use for it.
Many people are selling there coins due to bearish market panicing about dip in price but this time if anyone should sell coin it will be lose.
