I think that people should learn to be more believing of the system and have faith in their coins. Personally, if the market price is down I will hold my bitcoin and then once the price is rise again I will now sell it. I always been tension and panic while I am selling my currency but it is a common one we don't do anything against it it is one of the nature but panic will not stop or give anything for us that's why we say don't panic be patient.
Looking through so many responses on this already, so many are saying panic sell is never an option. I think those responses aren't objective enough. The current market bearish constraints isn't encouraging at all to both newbies and those that have been in the game a while now. Panic is never an option! Market is down, but there are some good projects. I think that you should invest in good projects for now, just holding eth right now isn't smart. Don't panic sell, thats just what they want you to do. And by them I mean market manipulators, we have seen few days ago that whole market is completely manipulated and to hold it of just hold your investment and be patient. It will raise, because that will benefit us and them.
Do not panic to sell your coins you at a very low value. Market declining is not a new thing in crypto world and I want you to know the decline in crypto market is just for a while because very soon the market will recover and begin to grow again. So hold on to your coin, do not sell on a cheap rate; if you have enough capital you can even buy ans invest more now so as to sell when the market recovers and coins price grow higher again, through that you will get a huge profit from you investment.
I always say no to panic selling. Neither It is a perfect time for selling nor buying.It will be a foolish attitude if someone sell on panic. Try to control your nerves and keep calm it will give you the sense of taking the best situation.
