Yes!..the feeling is high.. can't help sometimes but to panic...to sell due to market bad condition...sometimes its inevitable... specially if you badly needed it...but no! if you want bigger profit, if you wait a little longer you will have what you're aiming for, sometimes its better to just simple wait patiently than to regret after you see it increase in a span of days.
With the little research I carried out so far I have learnt that crypto is mainly meant for high risk takers as most of the panic sellers end up regretinging. So there's no need to sell fear learn how to study market and know more about trading and investing am still learning feel free to correct my mistakes thanks.
We must keep a calm mind in investing in the encryption market. Have enough patience. Because the encryption market has certain risks, and the price of cryptocurrencies has not been picked up, patience is very important.
Seriously in this current market situation i wont blame anyone for not holding altcoins , panic or not, how do we know if the price value is ever coming back up, so why just sell and make a little income instead of the price value just going down
No panic selling. Never do panic selling, no one will advise you to do panic selling. If you require funds urgent still I suggest you to not sell your crypto as this market condition. Market will be bounced back and at that time you can sell at good profit.
But we don't know when that will be happened because in fact that the market is so unpredictable and this has created so many speculations were coming to this market. Look at there are some experts have created another FUD to the market and that was i thought about we will jump to the early 2017's price.

The only acceptable reason to sell in this market is that you have an emergency and sell because you don't think you can afford it with your fiat money, because if you sell now you're losing a lot of money and in the end, you will regret it when the bull market arrives.
