Seems that somebody wants to extract some cash from the site. Security is really an important factor to consider especially in this business. Crypto exchanges and casinos are prone to these attacks from scammers. I hope your security features are in place now, so the players are also at peace that their funds are safe and secure.

Well if you haven't deposited anything, you haven't lost anything either, innit?

We do withdrawals of bonus winnings, but giving away $7000 with no deposit is insane for any gambling website. And our assumption is that you used some clever bot techniques to acheive this amount, when our faucet gives like 25 satoshi at the moment that is barely possible.

If you have deposited at least $100 -- that would have been a different story, but since you have no deposits we have moral right to not process your $7000 withdrawal.

I will tell you the details.
I started betting on March 10th.
So I made up to $ 7,000 on March 10th and applied for a withdrawal.
When I checked the withdrawal history on March 11, I couldn't even make a deposit from the blockchain!
So I contacted support.
The first person was Alex.
Why did Alex get 0.12 BTC? I heard that.
I bet on the dice and got it! When I replied with a photo, I didn't get a reply after that and I couldn't do live support.
I thought it was strange, so I talked to him.
Then, after talking a few times, I couldn't even chat.
So I contacted support.
What happens because I can't support live and I can't withdraw money?
I got a reply
"Because you've collected a lot, Hello, has detected the misuse of our casino from your account. Without a deposit, we have refused to your drawer. It is a good day! John"
I got it back.
Of course, I haven't abused it, I haven't made any deposits, and I haven't written anywhere that I haven't raised a lot of money.
So I thought there was something I shouldn't do.
Then I asked him what was wrong and how he could withdraw.
This is the reply I got from support.
"No, I can't withdraw. I haven't made a deposit, so I won't lose anything."
I didn't make sense.
I asked how I could withdraw money.
After that, I made an inquiry, but two days later, I did not receive a reply.
After that, I checked the terms of use and asked frequently asked questions, but did not say that I could not get out without a deposit.
At first, I was able to pull out a small amount twice, so I was relieved and stupid.
I was afraid to make a deposit, but I was doing it without making a deposit.
I think that not being able to complain or withdraw just because you haven't made a deposit is an act that undermines the credibility of the casino.
If I deposit $ 1000 or $ 2000 and refuse to withdraw, my anger will not go away.

How did you get the $7,000? Was it your winning amount that you made by gambling your deposited money or by something else? $7,000 is not a small amount of money (at least for me) so if you feel that you are in the right position and they accused you for something that you didn't do then you can open a scam accusation thread by informing people the complete details and proofs about the case. Otherwise, saying it only without any proofs = baseless accusation that should be ignored.

I bet the BTC I got from the faucet and got a lot.
Still I couldn't withdraw!
When I contacted support, I was told that my account was being abused.
I don't know the reason, so I didn't get a reply when I inquired.
Since I haven't made a deposit, I was told that there would be no loss even if I didn't withdraw, and I remained unmanned!
Two days have passed and there is no response.
If you look at my history, you can see that there are some pictures.
Is there a statement that you can't get out without depositing?

We didn't fall for that scam, and refused to pay, because in our opinion it only provides the wannabe hacker with funds to target another projects.

Now the website functions as usual, so everyone is welcome to drop by and place a few bets.

First, here's what happened:  I deposited 0.003 BTC, made a bunch of wagers, balance is now 0.0045ish BTC, so I try to withdraw.  First thing I notice is that it requires me to verify my email to withdraw, which is pretty stupid, but fine, I get it, you have your security measures.  So it's fine, I go to Settings > Common page, and to box that says Enter Email.

I enter my email, and press Save, but red error text pops up over the "New Password" box asking me to enter a new password (but I do not want or need to password change), so it refuses to save my email.  However, I still receive verification email from you guys, I click the verify link, and it still does not add my email to my account.  And the support agent claims there is not email tied to my account, but if that is the case, then how did I receive a verification email every time I tried to press Save??

The issue is obviously a site issue, and I'd appreciate some help so I can retrieve my coins.

Update:  Nevermind, fixed it myself.  Apparently the site required me to not only add my email, but also change my password in order to make a withdrawal.  Silly, but I have my coins now.  Your "Support" agent "Max" was useless.
Some of the gambling sites are having stupid security measures, if they care about the password to be secured while changing email then why they are asking for email verification in the first case. Good to know that you got your funds now.

Dude, not only you stole money from hacked account by inserting trojan in your dice bot script, but you also keep demanding god knows what from us for no apparent reason.
You can't even explain why do you believe we scammed anyone. There are no victims. You are not a victim, you stole $1000 from user by cheating him into installing a hacked bot script. If that is true, you are a scammer, not us.

The real owner of the account was found, and he did cooperate by answering questions only owner could answer (i.e. what messages did he send to chat 3 months ago).

I think we should inform the authorities about the hacking software you're distributing on the internet so they will figure what to do with you next.

It looks like we found the original owner of hacked account Wertik and are in talks with him, so far he provided bulletproof evidence of original account ownership.

Hopefully we will be able to find the hacker who tried to threat us and stain our reputation with negative PR to push us into releasing hacked funds.

We will keep you guys updated on the further development of this drama.
