Glad to see this didn't affect the chat rooms (English/Russian). But is this a temporary measure or you are going to disable PMs for ever?
Wouldn't it be better to add a feature to report beggars so admins can ban the abusers or simply add an option for users to ignore those who send spam PMs? This way, at least, legit users will not be deprived from the possibility to exchange personal messages and at the same time they can contribute in fighting abusers and spammers by reporting them.

I am sorry for the late reply. Yes, We had options to report spam messages and users were doing it. Users also had the choice to put them on the ignoring list. But, That wasn't enough for spammers and beggars. They were sending other project links. The PM section is disabled Permanently.

Okay so I never had any issues withdrawing from Paradice before, but I just won the regatta for 0.5 btc and now they are telling me I created multiple accounts? What the heck? Please clarify this here since I have never done so
Can you provide some evidences and also show that you didn't create multiple accounts.

the guy made this post on March 24th, it's been 3 months and the weirdest thing is that he hasn't been active since March 24th, and this post of him complaining about Paradice.in was his last post, maybe he had tired of complaining and decided to give up the complaint or maybe he was someone who doesn't like Paradice.in and decided to sabotage Paradice.in; Anyway, the fact is that he hasn't been active since 3 months and hasn't presented any evidence. I also researched about this casino and didn't find anything shady

Brotherhood is love

Paradice sends only important emails like High bonus promotions, Coupons for inactive depositors. Even Paradice doesn't send emails too frequently, Still, this could be misunderstood by players.

Well stated @support. As you rightly said that people may still disagree. Provision of simple button telling us whether or not we are willing to receive only important newsletters concerning high bonuses would have been better.
Meanwhile, my gambling email is different from my working email and I careless if it's spammed because I don't even check it.

!!! important !!!

if you have coin to withdraw in paradice scam casino, you need to withdraw immediately:
reason:

russia is sanctioned as war criminals for invasion of Ukraine, by all the countries of the world;
russia and russians have become same as nazist regime of hitler in ww2 and nazist putin, their leader;

soon there will be war tribunal on russian bandits, thieves and killers and most important, which means:
if the rigged scammer casino doesn't steal your money before that,
you will be banned from withdrawing any money by international law!

if you are a man of belief, you need to boicot criminal nazi russian activities and stop playing at paradice!

Bless Ukraine!
Cлaвa Укpaинe!

This is not the first time you have posted those Fairytales. You have alleged paradise too many times before. Whenever team Paradice asks you for any kind of information or proof. You have completely ignored and never submitted any proof. If you think Paradice is a Scam website and you have some proof. Why don't you create a scam accusation?

I would like to quote some of your Fairy Tales,

i'm done with you, losers!

and let it this be a warning to anyone who thinks about putting real money in paradice - DO NOT DO IT - save your time, money and effort!

THIS IS A RUSSIAN SCUMBAG SCAM SITE! 1000%

stop shill posts! you are not going to get away with your scam predatordice.in casino!

all of this is a russian scam un-regulated casino, run by criminals;

a guy won, then he was denied a cashout, then chatbanned for asking to reason..
speaking of change, since kretin is still here, there is no change management, lol, same lies over

I have seen that already, there are sites that have two boxes when we are about to register and one of the box are optional for offers but if someone mistaken it and received emails, he can always disable it in the account setting of the gambling site his playing or he can also mark it as spam in the email provider that he was using.
Not sure if paradice.in do this but most newsletters have an unsubscribe link in the footer of the email in case you don't want to receive any more emails from them.

Although I agree with the replies above that forcing users to subscribe to their newsletter when they register with their emails is annoying but at least they wete transparent and didn't try to hide it. Many other casinos do it without asking for your permission or even mention it in the sign up pages.

I tried to register on your site but it looks like we should receive a newsletter from them because as you can see in the image below:

If we do not press the button, the words Protect Account will not appear and we cannot continue the registration process. It would be better if there were two selection buttons containing one to continue the registration process and the other button to choose or not to receive a newsletter from you. Not everyone wants to get promotional emails from gambling sites, especially those who rarely open a second or even third email.

But that's just a suggestion.
You are right though. Their sign up button was written as "protect account".

I think that has something to do with 2fa and they use email for this but on some sites, 2fa is also optional and you can manually enabled it in the settings tab but 2fa's are advisable if you are a player that deposits and stores huge amount of cryptos inside a gambling site for a long time.

Well I hope that the Paradice.in would be able to change this and add the another button or they could maybe have a little gift to user who will subscribe to their letters for example giving them free credits weekly for subscribing to newsletter it might sound a little expensive but at least they are not forcing anyone to subscribe and users will willingly would subscribe to your newsletter.

But that's just a suggestion.

I think they definitely should add another button about newsletter and protect your account since what I see here is it looks like they force the players to subscribe to their newsletter to protect their account, so that does mean if the player didn't subscribe to your newsletter their account was not protected or do that "letters" means a different kind of letter such as forgot password letters, security letters, etc.?

I definitely agree with this. Even if they don't send out a lot of newsletters, it's important to give players an option to opt out. The way they did it is even illegal in most countries, for example, in the EU and UK you are required to offer everyone the chance to opt out, otherwise you could be fined for it! They should consult with someone to help them to make their emails GDPR compliant.

Even I am an insider of Paradice. Still, I believe you guys are right. It's almost right that the platform forcing players to subscribe to newsletters. But it's not like other platform newsletters.
