@AceFairy death threat isn't allowed here, anyway you're complaining them since January could you be more specific about your case? Does the withdrawal stuck it's on your account or other user? You need to provide proof and explain whats the point you about your post. As the previous accusation already resolved they paid full $7000 amount, so it's much likely they would have good intention.
