Well, I don't know what's the problem you have... does you broke their rules of creating multiple accounts and exploit the system like @naim027 said above? You need to be honest here.
Anyway, all or almost all casinos has rules in their chat box, one of them is "complain and attacking the casino" of course you'll banned after doing this.
