If you were respecting the privacy of the players then you wouldn't highlight those chat messages here. I have shared my honest experience here. And you have disclosed those messages which I have sent by being frustrated.

Well, being rude to the chat leads to Ban only because it is against the chat rules.
You can do it at anytime if I have broken the chat rules. I won't complain about it. But you shouldn't have highlighted the message here. Observe the chat of other popular casino, many players are sending similar messages in the chat everyday. I haven't seen any other casino support agent/moderators to highlight those user messages without any reason.

They answered you 1 hour later and they have tried their best since they don't have access to reverse the transaction or refund you. That's why you were not satisfied with the support. After that, You become frustrated and send those messages.
Who is responsible for this? I wouldn't have sent such messages if the support team has responded me within few minutes. Paradice system has messed up my withdrawal and they provided a tx link which was showing error. What would you do in such situation? I had deposited 5 LTC in total, and my withdrawal amount was 5.37+ LTC. I believe, no-one will react normally if they face the same issue.

They should not be able to charge you for withdrawal fees and still send you funds from an unconfirmed source. By the way, is the transaction a zero-fee transaction or is that just a bug on the blockchain explorer's side? If it's zero-fees then that is quite irresponsible.
The transaction is showing zero-fee on the BlockCypher explorer. But the fee is visible from the Blockchair explorer. Actually, it has happened for the parent transaction, which is unconfirmed since 7th March. They have used very low fee to process that transaction.


As I can see, You have successfully withdrawn your balance. About support, Our English support agent was not available at that moment you have knocked. But, As I can see, They have assisted you.
Yeah, the amount was refunded to my account. I have requested for a withdrawal 6 hours ago and received it instantly. The system was saying that ‘agents are online’ and the support was giving replies in other language. Maybe it was an automated message. The English support agent responded to me later, but they weren't helpful enough.

I wasn't expecting to receive the withdrawal instantly. Because it was my first withdrawal, a lot of casino process the first withdrawal manually by doing some security check. But the situation was different there. Paradice system said they have sent my withdrawal and marked my withdrawal as proceed. And my withdrawal wasn't traceable from their provided link. I was concerned about the situation. There was no-one in the live support at the moment, and chat moderators were not online.

As a result my withdrawal is showing as pending since last 7 hours. This is completely unnatural for LTC transaction. Paradice team is fully responsible for this inconvenience.

See the input (between the red rectangle) of my withdrawal tx. It says ‘empty script type’. They shouldn't have sent the withdrawal from such wallet. I have asked their live support regarding this issue and they replied me after 1 hour. The live support isn't friendly enough. I'm still waiting for my withdrawal  Angry

It's okay to give this kind of suggestion because you have tried playing on them and who knows maybe if they consider your suggestion they can attract more players and you will also find yourself here competing daily just to score a prize in the wagering contest.

I also like to see a more fair prize distribution because I'm not a big gambler but sometimes I'm trying my best to wager and hoping that I can win some but only few players are going to get rewarded if they give more percent of wins to the top players. Well, Your suggestion makes sense. yeah, It could be more standard but the team wants to see great competition between players for more prizes. You may know I am a Support Agent of paradise and also a player. I see a great clash between first and 2nd rank players because of the difference in the prize amount. We don't see any complaints about it so we let it go in its way. But, As Cratoon already said, If we see similier suggestions in the near future, We may make a change to the prize pool. The prize pool distribution should be more standard. It isn't great to give 50% or higher amount of the total prizes to the first rank user only. The first ranked user has received 50% of the total prizes during the 1 BTC wagering contest.
I beg to differ. This is the standard prize pool distribution (known as long tail) that most leaderboard contests follow. The first winner should get the biggest prize and 50% seems fair. Also, there should be a noticeable difference between prizes for each rank to make the contest more competitive.
Distributing the prize pool this way will incentivise participants and make them wager more to reach the next higher rank because the reward is bigger.

The first ranked user has received 50% of the total prizes during the 1 BTC wagering contest. And the first ranked user is receiving 60% of the total prizes from daily Regatta. It will be standard if you make it 40% or less for the first rank. Then share the remaining prize pool with the other ranked user. Take it as a suggestion only and listen to the opinion of the regular users of your casino. Then make the changes based on their suggestions.
