This is absolutely true in terms of gambling expectations. It is precisely high expectations that prevent gamblers from simply withdrawing winnings and going to enjoy, albeit a small one, but a victory over the casino.
Because after the first successful win, gamblers begin to think that this will be followed by the second, third and subsequent wins. It’s as if luck will smile on them forever, but that doesn’t happen in gambling. I know of many cases from the lives of gamblers around me who lost the amount of their winnings and additional money on top, after they received a good win. All them had to do was stop in time and be content with winnings. There is no need to be greedy and try to win all the casino money. You managed to get part of the prize money - take it and leave (for a while) so as not to lose everything and even more.

Even I have heard of people who initially won a decent amount of money but lost more than that because of greed.
I guess we all have heard of people who lost a lot in the process of chasing losses.
We should be able to control that temptation.

That's why greed is always an action that is prohibited in gambling, everyone likes money but on the other hand it is a fact that no one likes losing money, while when you manage to achieve a number of wins then you apply greed to get more. This means that you are again placing yourself in one of two possibilities at the end of the next session, between winning and losing, and of course this means that the possibility of losing will always be something that is certain to happen in that situation, especially when luck has run out.

But unfortunately most of them, especially those who don't have a great understanding of how gambling actually works, always feel that a much bigger win is near, so they don't even hesitate to increase the multiplier in that greedy session, and when it turns out the results are not as expected. then they will get emotional. And the crux of the problem lies in their understanding, most likely they do not fully understand the concept of gambling, and this is why the act of cashing out when you win is the best decision at that time rather than ending the session with regrets.

It's becoming normal for most gamblers, though a false behavior at its huge height, gaining multiple player's interests and lodging them into a part of gambling not necessarily important for their journey. Most players who find themselves in this space are mainly not interested in garnering other benefits through gambling that's not steady wins. Most wins we get are just there for the last time, and may not show up again in the entire session. However, people would think that the win has arrived never to leave anymore. Those are just some expensive thoughts of players who are being lost by their interest of making a kill via gambling.

Each time they suffer from losses instead of stopping they will keep on trying to add more money in hope that they will find that luck they needed to recover, but because of greed they will continue losing more, as even if by chance luck comes up and give them the chance to win back and recover, instead of using that opportunity to quit, they will push forward and try to win more.

Unlike if you have patience, greed is most likely can control inside you, knowing the value of money and your time, you'll not going to be aggressive but instead you will wait for your time and patiently stick with your design strategy.
It's true what you said, everyone certainly has a feeling or attitude of greed and if they can't control their greed then they could lose more money gambling. Apart from that, controlling greed is not easy, I myself admit that. However, we must be able to train ourselves not to gamble excessively, for example by following greed which can put us in a phase of big losses due to decisions that are not considered first. Also, when greed takes over, emotions can come hand in hand and that can make the situation even worse. bad.
those who experience defeat and instead of stopping, they return to gambling again, perhaps because they cannot control themselves with the winnings they have gambled, so even when they lose, they still think they can win at gambling, so they still insist on gambling again because they really want to win. which is based on luck. Of course, gamblers who have patience are less likely to follow their greed, even though there are definitely thoughts of greed, they can still put that aside. and indeed patience is enough to help us in gambling so that there are no bigger losses.
There's something basic about greed that makes people hungry all the time. This whole "chasing the high of the next win," even when you've been losing, thing is kind of funny. Man, gambling is like a mirror that shows how hard it is to want things we can't have. It's not enough to just manage your money; you need to know yourself too

You have to be okay with chaos if you want to bet right. You have to win and lose to play the game. We all have this thing called greed. It's not possible to kill it, but you can train it. Figure out what makes it happen, and then find better ways to have fun. You really win when you learn to use that energy for something good instead of something bad

It should be occasional gambling, because if you play often, it is no longer a habit that can be considered; instead, there is an addiction that has developed when you do that all the time.
There is still a possibility of playing almost every day and still not getting addicted to the game, but the chances of that are very low. Just as there is a possibility for those who claim not to gamble all the time to still get addicted to the game even when they don't gamble every day, it's all down to how the person handles his gamble behaviour and decision. If you can gamble every day and still keep to your wager limit and the budget, then I think the person is good to go.

I quite agree with you but it is not as easy as said than done, the probability of playing or gambling everyday without being addicted is very slime, it can also true that  one may not be gambling everyday and may still becomes addicted, the approach is very essential, how you spend your time, money, and the energy that is being activated on basis is what matters most, gambling occasionally can as well help alot in reducing being prone and vulnerable to addiction. Generally individual approach matters in terms of escaping not being addicted to gambling regardless of whether we are gambling occasionally or regularly.

Basically, anything that is done excessively certainly has the potential to cause something bad, or what this means is that excessive action is always not good in any case, especially if we are talking about gambling where everyone always has to deposit a certain amount of money when they want to gamble, and The risk is clear that this action can cause them to experience losses in greater amounts and of course it can also make them experience a more significant interest in this activity which ultimately leads to addiction consciously or unconsciously.

This means that I agree with you that it is unlikely for a gambler who dedicates himself every day to gambling without experiencing addiction, at least an increase in interest will definitely occur in that situation, and also yes the fate of a gambler depends on how they approach gambling, because of course addiction It doesn't start without a cause, or that means everything that happens must have a cause and effect.

Agree with you, greed is very dangerous for a gambler's life because greedy gamblers can act recklessly by playing carelessly every gambling session they play, namely greedy gamblers will be more daring in betting money, whether it is small or large, but the playing breaks continue or cannot be stopped until what they want is achieved. And gamblers who are greedy are emotionally unstable as you said when they often lose they will easily get emotional or angry with other friends because they have not been able to accept the defeat.
Winning is the core aim for everything in the space, we just have to stick to disciplinary measures and enjoy the long ride in the system. Perhaps we know how difficult it can be when we're not making enormous profits on our games. Patience will do great aid when we're talking about gambling, it helps eased the pressure and make one to become more confident for possible brilliant evidence.
understand that patience doesn't apply in all context. He's talking about patience at this time because the game he played later went well in his favour. Do you know what his reaction would have been had it been that the game went contrary to his plan or he waited patiently for the game to play to the end and then something happens along the way that made the game to cut?

Gambling is a game of luck and you can't be all too right or smart with your predictions. The strategy you used today that paid you off in a game might lead another gambler to loosing most of his money while gambling and this is the reason why you can't really depend on someone's strategy and expect that it will work well for you. I've seen people that had an opportunity to cash out huge while they gamble but refused doing so because they where waiting for the perfect opportunity to win massively at the end of the complete bet. You might be lucky or might not be so if you're lucky to win part of your bet half way to it end, just take your profit and zoom off.

Yes, it can be concluded that a gambler who is greedy in gambling is very difficult to stop, even though initially if he has won once he will think about stopping, but that is not strong enough to survive because greed is inherent in his common sense.
And what you said is true because the greedy gambler loses a lot of money due to his bad behavior and if he has a very good and strong awareness and patience, he can prevent and minimize the loss of a lot of money.

Perfectly.
Most instincts are not the real ones just as how some times or mind tells us to do A and our hart said B, and that's why most times it's difficult to take decisions on the choices we make. However most times we uses are mindset to conclude everything in the game we predict even when the games are not yet started. Moreover, as a gambler you don't need to put your hopes on a game that the results is not yet decided.
That will only gives confusion to us with the decision that we should makes and mostly, we will make a wrong decision if we are in that situation. But if we can calm down our minds and patience when playing gambling, we will not playing gambling excessively because we knows that playing gambling is parts of the entertainment.

We will not try to playing gambling using much money because that can impacts us to lose control ourselves in gambling. The worst is we can lose our patience that we takes and makes us in trouble by losing more money. If we can treat gambling as an entertainment, we will not playing gambling too long or too often because we knows the risks behinds gambling so we will try to avoids. We just wants to use gambling for have fun.

Indeed having patience as a gambler is important,  it helps in calming the emotion down when things are not going well just as gamblers want it. The lack of patience when it comes to gambling has really led many gamblers into problems because when they play a game and they are not getting what they want it will want them to keep playing thinking they can make it up by their continuing playing.  When their is no patience it is easy for one to exhibit greed as character while gambling and this can be a serious issue.

Gambling is all about understanding if people can understand gambling very well I think it won't be a serious problem and make people to do things that can affect their life.

It will be
The best way I found is to bet a certain amount of times, for example: 10 spins a day on plinko. When I reach the 10th round, I stop, regardless of whether I am in profit or loss. I always try to manage the bets, it has worked well.
In the 10 spins a day you use as an example, do you also set the minute amount you are going to wager on each of the spins that you will play that very day?

If you have about $10 in your bet account, do you share the money equally with the amount of spin you are to do that very day, or do you either increase or decrease the amount based on how the game is going and how much you have left?

The game of gambling isn't something that people with low patience can survive be it the different types of gambling @sports betting  @casino games like dice and slots, patience is still the key to survive. Sometimes anxiousness and anxiety can make a gambler take decision that he might end up regretting.

Today I experience this ill feeling although am okay now but I thought I should share my experience and thought with some of the gamblers here to see if we are on the same page.

I made a very wrong decision on a game I staked today and this is unlike me because I don't normally check on my games until its settled because sometimes you will tempted with some crazy things like cash-out which is what I did today and although you won't blame me to some extent but still if I was patient enough as the final results if the games came through and Instead of winning the whole money, I got only a fraction of the funds.

There's this method my friend younger sis. and her friend used that's been so interesting to me sometimes ago. They stake the same game, and they use a small amount to stake one and bigger funds for the other one. The agreement was to withdraw the smallest amount in the middle when they couldn't trust the game and share the funds and risk the other one, and this really went well for them because, despite withdrawing the smallest one, they were still able to withdraw the bigger one one day too because they won it. But sometimes it's greed that makes some gamblers lose everything. They don't want to be patient or stake little to get little, but they always want to stake little with big, big odd.

The thing is we can't be sure of the results we will have until the results comes out. However we can't also doubt our instincts, why I said that is because if truly we doubts our instincts we won't have staked on the games we choose because we don't trust the results. Hoping that we will win make us to gamble more even when we have lost up to 3 times a roll, although luck is what speaks for the winning, and this are also the reasons why we should gambe responsible no matter how we trust the game we predicted.
We don't knows what is the result because that can not be predicted. You can follow your instincts to wins the games but you need to be careful because sometimes, that instinct is not like a real instinct. That could be from our greediness that telling us to still playing gambling and makes us lose more money so that's why we must patience when playing gambling. If we can be patience, we can be a responsible gamblers because we don't playing gambling using too much money.

When someone decides to gamble more even if he already lose his money, that will be his responsibility with his money. No one can stops him instead by himself so that's why we must be careful when playing gambling and not just follow what we wants. With patience, we can analyze the situation and decides in the right decision because we don't wants gets deeper in gambling and only use gambling to have fun.
Stake with what you can afford to lose will make you not to really put hopes on games that you have not won while another thing is that as a gambler your analysis should be your instinct when you lose, you can back track to know where you got it all wrong in order to improve your chances of winning, staking based on instinct from the mind or heart is something that will more likely lead to loses quite often for majority

You are right and in this concern everyone is responsible for their own actions. And if we cannot correct our mistakes ourselves then our loss is certain. Besides you are not the only one I myself have been in a situation where I could not control my greed in some causes. I was able to realize my mistake later but after realizing there was nothing more to do. As long as we don't control our greed we will never get significant wins from this platform. Even if we wins, we will not be able to hold our winning. Greed is not only a hindrance to winning but can also alter a gambler's overall gambling prediction. All we need to do to protect ourselves from such situations is to lower our expectations.

This is absolutely true in terms of gambling expectations. It is precisely high expectations that prevent gamblers from simply withdrawing winnings and going to enjoy, albeit a small one, but a victory over the casino.
But many gamblers, after winning, begin to think like this: "I won now, and luck is on my side," and continue to play, not realizing that according to the laws of mathematics they have discharged their loyalty to win, and the chance of a new victory is now noticeably reduced. But gamblers rarely think about it, and find solace in superstitions.

Yes, it's true that that's why it's always difficult for a gambler to ignore the greed within them which in the end makes them always hallucinate that if only they continued the session with a bigger multiplier or a bigger budget, for example, then they would get a bigger winning amount than before, and I will say that in fact it is clear that it is nothing more than a hallucination caused by excessive expectations of winning, which makes them hallucinate and always imagine that they will get a bigger winning amount if they continue playing.

And as you said above, having expectations that are too high will certainly make a gambler always thwart the idea of cashing out when they achieve their first win. And I would say that one of the reasons a gambler has high expectations of winning is because from the start they don't understand the real bad side that gambling can cause, most likely they only focus on the chance of winning.
