There are a lot of factors that are necessary, not only patience, being smart is important and that means you should know how to control
your emotion because that would make you hold and be patient while waiting for your target.
Long term and short term have difference approach and you need to be effective to succeed in the long run.

Yes I agree, it is a very important trait if you join Bitcoin community. In bounty campaign, there are rules to follow which requires time management in posting your links. In trading, you have to check the movement of the price of Bitcoin everytime and you must have the patience to wait and hold until the price is right and sell it. Patience play an important role in being a successful Bitcoin user.

I call them "The Impatient Ones".
Investing and then wants ROI in a week or profits in 2 weeks. If they see the token value is going down they will go mad and make some FUD which doesnt help at all and they are making it worse foe the coin that they are holding.
They shouldve just go gambling if they want fast money. Didn't even read the roadmap of what will happen and when.

Yes it is true that patience is a virtue in trading cryptocurrency because in trading you can't make sure that everytime you trade you can easily get your profit or you can easily get a huge earning. You still need to have a long patience on waiting your turn to get earn and also having a long patience to avoid losing your money.

I guess many traders does understand the key to become a successful trader is to have patience when the whole crypto-currencies trading market are not performing very well, but having to hold all the bitcoins and altcoins in their wallet might be stressful over a long period of time.

Panicking isn't the reason to believe in their own , without proper knowledge in the coins that a trader bought thats already a big problem there. Patience works in right coins or token not all tokens are worth to wait and have patience anyone need to learn this things.

Nice point. Waiting forever for a coin that doesn't have a future is worse than selling at a loss. And it would be so easy simply by waiting to profit right? Nothing is that easy. Though betting on the top coins in the market would also be a good option.

Indeed patience is needed in crypto trading because if you will make drastic decisions then you might end up regretting in the end but this is easier said than done. I have been trading for sometime but there are times when I still drastic decision because of being impatient and sometimes I have profit but most of the time I regret my decision. Through experience, you can develop this virtue but you need to experience losing first and making mistakes to learn.

I am sure of it. When you have good nerves and when you can stay patient and calm while the other guys panic, you have fewer chances to make a mistake.
