Cryptocurrency is a no go area if you are an “emergency investor “. By emergency investor, i imply someone who invests in cryptocurrency to get profits within some short period of time in order to settle some immediate financial. The probability of that happening cannot be ruled out, but in instances where they occur, the probability is about 1/10.
Patience is a virtue for bitcoin and another cryptocurrency investment. Prices exhibit intermittent Bearish and Bullish movements over short periods of times which may leave investors confused as to what step to take.
A successful investor studies the market, invests in a coin that always rises remarkably after a significant drops and take decisions in moments of highs and lows.
This will save a lot of anxious investors who sell their coins when prices are dropping, causing them to lose significantly.
This may be relatively correct depending on the goal of an investor whether they aim for short or long-term investment. Given that the price of bitcoins are volatile in the market, one may be able to earn short-term income if they acquire bitcoins in a low price and sell it if the price increases above the initial acquired price. Another thing, its volatility is what makes bitcoin a perfect tool for high yield investments in a short amount of time compared to other investment alternatives (i.e. stocks, bonds, treasury bills, gold, real estate, etc.).
That was exactly why most of newbie and some trader lose there money simply because they lose the patience when it comes to do trading. I think the best way in trading is invest only that enough to your budjet and dont go all in because if you need some you cant sell your holding tokens and coins in a lower price just to fill your daily expences.
And it is also not possible for novices to not lose their senses during high and prolonged fluctuations. Patience is not that someone can learn without knowledge. Only a person with deep sight of crypto currencies can deal with the changing situations of this world. If a trader has trust in the strength of his coin and believes it to have a good future, no matter how bad market goes, and he will hold his coin.
I do not blame newbies and novices when it comes to being impatient on trading. Everyone has to start from somewhere and from that mistake, they must learn on how to avoid it. Experience is the best teacher- novice traders should learn from all of their decisions relatively to the success of their investment. But prevention is always better than cure. They must learn on how to avoid such careless mistake in the future.
