Bitcoin is a modern new technology, it has not been known to everyone. Some countries have cracked down on banning the use of Bitcoin, and will not broadcast news about Bitcoin, and people do not have extensive channels to learn about it. Even though most people have heard of Bitcoin, they even have basic knowledge and meaning of Bitcoin. Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin is not widely used in daily life, and many people are not very interested in it.

Bitcoin was released 12 years ago, it's not exactly a new thing. But still very many people don't know about Bitcoin, maybe some people have
heard of it, but most still don't understand Bitcoin. There are still many places that do not have internet access, this is what makes many people
who ultimately do not get information about Bitcoin. Moreover, there are still many countries that reject Bitcoin, this is also a factor that makes
many people receive wrong information, because they think something the government refuses is a bad thing. It is very important for those of us
who already understand Bitcoin, help educate people around us who don't really understand Bitcoin. Little things we do by educating others
about Bitcoin, can have a big impact if done by many people.
The scope of information relies mostly with the internet and both of you are right,

Those who don't have internet are not aware with this investment currency while those who have and capable are still doubtful with
the way volatility really affecting the market. With said so, we still need to help the awareness  by sharing our knowledge that simple
act can deliver possible interest to more people around.
I guess a lot of people simply don't have money they can afford to lose either. Especially when you come from a poorer country, and we know there are a lot of people who are pretty poor, they are definitely afraid to put something on the line they might need a month or two later. Those who don't even have internet will more than likely not have spare cash to be put into highly volatile assets.

With the current economic situation due to a prolonged pandemic, some people do not have extra money. Even for poor countries, they do not
have money to meet their daily needs and expect direct assistance from the government. So I believe poor people will not think about investing
in Bitcoin, even if poor people have money, they will not buy Bitcoin. Because they will definitely need the money in the near future. Especially
for people who do not have internet access, will not be interested in investing in Bitcoin, because they will not invest in something they do not know.

it is not that they don't know but they don't understand because the government is Lacking of exposure and don't wanna push people to ;like bitcoin .

Because if only each government will make people understand and learn what is this?

I'm sure people will also like and may use this for their own benefits in the future.
back again to the legality that has not been given from the government, where there is no official statement that stimulates their curiosity about bitcoin. just imagine like elsalvador, of course there will be more bitcoiners there, because the role of the government is very meaningful, maybe if there will be many other countries following it it is possible bitcoiners around the world will increase

Even my family members also do not know what is bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. They think this is  true . So when I told them about this they didnot believe it . I think when bitcoin cross within; Some years when btc will cross $100000  every singlele people will know aboen person will know about it
My family members also don't believe cryptocurrencies because they think only money can be earn by hard labor . They think cryptocurrency has no basis and it's an air thinner assets and if it's losses that can't be recovered anyhow.
try to give a simpler explanation so your family can understand.
but to explain to easier people seems easier than explaining to parents. especially for those who use social media. it's easier for them to know because bitcoin this year is growing quite well with news in many media.
Underlying it all is some people's fear of getting to know something new. because what they know, such as fiat or assets in the real world, has tangible benefits. while telling how bitcoin is a digital currency, I don't think it's enough for their initial knowledge.

in my country until a few years ago it was difficult to go out and talk about bitcoin and someone say they know bitcoin, but nowadays the situation is completely different, many people know bitcoin and altcoin, many people in my country buy bitcoin to trade and hodl and a lot of people from my country do altcoin mining. I was surprised with this great evolution that is having in my country in the sense of bitcoin being more popular in my country

I did not know about Bitcoin before also, untill my friend started talking about it.I had to make research on it to know it in detail, and uptill now, most of my friends are still novice about Bitcoin. It is not easy to know about it unless you get close to someone that knows about it.

bitcoin is constantly on TV channels and news papers, and it's hard for anyone not to know about bitcoin these days unless you're someone who hasn't read news on news sites or doesn't follow economic news

Don't be so surprised, you are not alone. Many of my family members also don't know what Bitcoin or crypto is. They never read about it or even never heard about it before. Bitcoin or altcoin is legal as a digital asset in my country but it is not really popular. So, the news about Bitcoin or altcoin rarely appears on our national TV program, newspaper, magazine, or the like. Because of this, many people in my country don't about it.

Approaching friends or people who really know about bitcoin is a good step because they know very well and have been involved for a long time, like the first time I got to know bitcoin from some of my friends who have known bitcoin for a long time and rank high above me.
In the past bitcoin was not widely known and only for certain people, unlike nowadays there are a lot of bitcoin advertisements on social media and the internet, it is easy to recognize bitcoin, it's just that they want to continue to be able to recognize it further. deep and ask for learning from seniors or experts to make it easier to understand well.

Same case, they don't know anything about bitcoin because they aren't really techy enough to have some idea about it. Even bitcoin was being broadcasted in the public from national tv, i think they will just forget about it and will not caught their attention. It's really hard for them to believe that this kind of technology exist nowadays.

We cant say bitcoin is something new but for some areas and parts of world it is. There is no internet always, no proper news and education about crypto and main facts. Unfortunately many people have existential problems-food, wather or place to live. We dont think about it often. On the other side lack of knowlege is big risk and danger for newbies who want to invest.

Yea very true, and the reason behind it is that most persons takes internet means of making money as a means of scamming people and  secondly the Bitcoin knowledge is something they cant really comprehend and for some due to the fact that they cannot  touch money see what they are yet to pay for
Secondly too the knowledge of Bitcoin  is broad in terms of how to fully convince any person who is a novide .

most people today are good friends with the internet, even to the countryside, many of them have smartphones, but indeed most of the older people are less able to keep up with the times, so not many of them understand bitcoin, let alone many beginners who fail due to lack of knowledge, so they give wrong information. Therefore, we must provide knowledge in a simple way so that it is easily accepted by most people

A whole lot actually is still getting to know about Bitcoin why?? Government Policies, Ignorance, Lack of Educated people. Government Policies has been a great challenge to most Countries, blocking the spread of Bitcoin talks as well putting an end to it,these has stopped a lot from venturing into it making hard for citizens to go against the Laws and Regulations.

Funny enough most people don't know about it as well, undeveloped Countries haven't gotten to embrace it fully in there countries as well....since scammers are everywhere, some are also scared of getting to know about it. As time goes on people are going to see the reason why they have to embrace Bitcoin as either an asset of investment. As Bitcoin price is shooting higher, so there would be positive news spreading about Bitcoin to people that are still ignorant about it.

All because of government the most of people still don't know about bitcoin. Not only that because of government the news channel don't make any posetive news about bitcoin. If they cover any news regarding bitcoin then they cover that time when cops arrest some scammer or hacker with bitcoin then they cover news.  And give the full  claim to bitcoin. That a bitcoin users is arrested they didn't say a scammer or hacker arrested. How shameful and general people trust them and try to keep away from bitcoin. And second one government dosen't want that people hear about bitcoin so they don't give anyone any permission to make any hype about bitcoin. It's my opinion your can be different thank you.
